Well look this is the real bottom line anout this place ok becauae up until now yeah Garrets has held the titke world wide but sorry its time for the reigns to be passes along regarding new popcorn supremacy ok its just that simple because overall hands down without a shadow of a doubt im sorry for those of you who are diehard Garrett lovers its. Time to be given a real popcorn wake up call for your mouth Not only is this popcotn wayyy better it even taste better and still lingers in your mouth of thebtasty goodness wayy after your done eating it alrght now thats what i call Good & The Gods honest truth. Is this that this popcorn shop is simple killing Garetts in everyway shape, form and fashion its true. This popcorn shops product as far as popcorn is 10 * 20 times better than Garretts popcorn shop hands down now look personally me hey im originally from Chicago Illinois and yes I have tried other popcorn shops in various states and places but when it comes down to overall being doen right slap ur self "Wow this is great kinda popcorn" The Champ well is this place but when I compare this popcorn PLACE TO SO MANY OTHERS ITS A NO BRAINER TGERES SIMPLY NO WAY & REASON for popcorn shop to taste this darn good I mean its ridiculous this popcorn is killing Garretts popcorn shop hands down. I have been coming to get popcorn for a few years now and I have never left a review. But now I must say something, I visited yesterday and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with bad attitudes from the women workers as usually. But that’s OK because I’m not here for them, I’m here for the taste of the delicious popcorn and it is refreshing to see a young male at the front helping out from time to time. The problem is, is that the cheese and caramel popcorn did not have the usual strong/ intense cheese or caramel flavor that Lets Get Poppin is known for. It seem like the ingredients that flavor the popcorn have been thin out or watered down. Which is not fair because the prices are still the same but once the ingredients have been diluted the popcorn is no longer worth the high value that is placed on it. I wanted to try to return the purchased popcorn but I figured it would be a waste of time trying given the fact that every time I walk in the store there’s always a new sign posted stating why they cannot refund any money. The point I am trying to make is that customers notice when the taste of food has changed it’s not fair to start cutting cost but keeping the price the same. Of course we’re gonna notice and we’re not gonna be happy about it especially since you have stated that you never ever give refunds for any reason. The "cheesiness" with the regular cheese popcorn is not always consistent. I can tell when corners have been cut and less cheese is used. I first fell in love with the popcorn in 2003...so I know when it's "off". You can kinda look at the color of the popcorn and see that it is lacking. I expressed my review directly with the store at one point. It was confirmed that sometimes not as much cheese is added to a particular batch than might have been to another batch. They said I could always have more cheese added for an additional fee, of course. And I can also sample the popcorn anytime to see if it is to my liking that day. My main point is that it is not the same as when I originally tried it. I didn't need to have more cheese added in the first place. This is called gourmet popcorn, not okey doke popcorn. It shouldn't be weak any day. Another time, I also found a strand of hair embedded in the caramel popcorn. Of course, I brought it to their attention and they gave me a credit. (I wasn't ready to be done with Let's Get Poppin) The lady said that conditions need to and will improve. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again, etc. But I stayed away from the caramel for...
