I see that they have deleted my original review and have had friends and family members of this terrible establishment leave 5 star reviews in an attempt to boost their overall ratings haha because boy, was it terrible before! You should check the YELP as well haha I visited this “business” in March of 2021 and it was HORRIBLE. After reading the reviews I can see that they are CROOKS and I should've went elsewhere. I was entertaining a small group of people and placed a call in order for 30 wings, a small PAN of catfish nuggets, and a small box of fries. I had someone else pick up the order. To my surprise, I receive and look over the order, but all that was given was 30 wings, a box of fries, and a SMALL CATFISH NUGGET DINNER. How was I supposed to feed my guests?! I paid $67 for 30 wings, a small catfish nugget dinner(feeds 1 individual and a box of fries?!!!! NEVER in 100 years is that correct. I would've expected that total, if I had received the small PAN of catfish nuggets, like originally ordered, but for what I received?! ABSOLUTELY NOT. I called the place, the people continuously changed the prices of each of the items in question. I was told that 30 wings was 1st, $40.99, then, $45.99. I was told a box of fries was $5, then $7. I was also told, The small catfish nugget DINNER was $7.99. First of all...at NO sharks are 30 wings over $30! At Every single sharks l've been to and have even compared this location to via Yelp, 30 wings Is $24.99! That's some hell of a tax they have in this area to go from $24.99 to $45.99! It is clear that they gave me the wrong order, but instead of trying to rectify the problem and correct my order, they attempted to argue with me and try to pull a fast one by switching prices around (And oh yeah, they don't give itemized receipts). 1 PAN of catfish nuggets, 30 wings, and a box of fries for $67 is what I expected to pay, but for 30 wings, a box of fries, and a SMALL catfish nuggets dinner, that feeds one?! If I can give 0 stars I will! Definitely DESERVE 0 stars from the customer service to the food! I called to place a order on Friday June 10 th for a Sunday June 12th 12:30pm pick up! I should have known the first red flag after placing my order I was told we will call you once we drop the chicken. Huh? The guy on the phone didn’t even ask me what time do I need my order! Which is what I told him! Then he confirm my time Sunday June 12th for 12:30 pm. Provided my number and place my order. Then I call Sunday at 11:31 am to confirm my order for 12:30pm pick up and get the price. The guy told me my 50pc mix will be ready at 12:30pm and provided the price $64.99 with tax! Get there to get my order and the food was not ready! Then say oh we don’t have the chicken. Like WHAT? Then lie and said he didn’t provide a price and claim to take down my wrong number. Claiming he been trying to call all morning to let me know but I called 1hr before my pickup cut me off while I was talking and said my 50 pc mix will be ready at 12:30. Here I am at my baby shower and still don’t have the chicken there and it’s 1:25pm then the guy LIED and said he never provided a price then want to charge me more money for less chicken then giving me wings that I did not order! Like no accommodations at all was provided, and the restaurant was at fault for not have the chicken in stock or my order ready, then the food was nasty on top of that. I was originally craving me some Harold's Chicken. But I wasn't in the area of certain Harold's location. I don't go to every Harold's. The same for Shark's, some locations are better than others. I hadn't been to a Shark's in awhile. So, I decided on this location as a second choice, very first visit. I thought that the 4.2 rating was pretty good.I also know from experience your second choice option can disappoint you because you want what you want when you want it. But I'll get Harold's another day. I wasn't sure if they took phone orders. I just decided to go in. I paid about $18 for the 10 wing dinner and 1 hot pepper. I saw the guy drop in the wings when she said 10 wings. She said they do take phone orders. I'll note that next time. Bottom line is I wasn't disappointed. It was fresh, probably cooked a tad bit too hard, though. The wings are small, which is fine but for the price, throw in a couple of extra wings. I like them small. And I'd rather the wings be fried a little too hard then be a little undercooked. The same for the fries, just a little too crispy, no complaints about the cold slaw.
