Soul Vegan — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I haven't eaten at this restaurant directly, however I notice they offer prepped meals to go at a new Pete's Market in the South Suburban area. I am not vegan or even vegetarian, but I can't help but notice their food neatly packaged at the grocery store. I finally decided to try an entree plate. It was greens, lasagna, and roast. Wow!!! The food is delicious, and I appreciate easy to go vegan food that is filling being available at many places I shop. Sometimes inconsistent as far as quantity and lately on the lacking side. Bought the macaroni and cheese meal and the bbq tofu was the smallest I have ever seen it, used to get 3 pieces, now only 2, and today those 2 pieces were tiny. Ordered the holiday special for my graduation party and it was a HIT. Everyone loved it so much that even the meat eaters was trying to take a plate home!
