Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lake Township

I ordered my food before hand for a reason for it to be done when I arrived only for me to get there and literally nobody is working everybody is on their phones texting, playing music and watching videos I stood at the counter waiting to acknowledged time goes by and nothing on the screen when the orders are supposed to show who’s picking up what and what’s ready and new orders they have a basketball game showing and loud at that a guy finally comes from the back talking about the game and realizes oh it’s somebody here I should probably do my job now he asks me what’s the form of my order I said pick up told the man my name 3 times and every time he said something different he then goes to ask for my phone number I give it just for him to tell Me oh we don’t have your food you haven’t placed a order since 3/23/22 information I didn’t ask him for I clearly stated that I order through grub hub and showed him the confirmation, the status and the receipt for him to still say no we don’t have your food I contact Grubhub it wasn’t until they called him is when my good magically appeared he told to my face I wasn’t paying attention at all when you showed me that stuff I didn’t even look foreal nobody pays attention to that next time say it AS IF I DIDN’T PREVIOUSLY SAY THAT WHEN I CAME IN! Sat in there well over 15-20 minutes for food that was paid for packed and ready to go because he didn’t wanna pay attention it’s an express shop for a reason they need new staff because whewww chileee they terrible in there they definitely need customer service classes oh yea and when I arrived it was already a guy standing there leaning on the counter on his phone with the same gloves he touched people food with it was just all in all a very annoying experience I would rate a...

I had tried to order 2 medium pizzas one pepperoni + bacon and the other one a pineapple + ham (which they didn't have by the way) pizza. The lady on the phone told me that the wait time was 15 minutes and that the price would be 15 dollars which was more than the expected price from their website.

Fast forward and it's been well over 15 minutes since I first placed my order so I call back thinking that my order has gotten lost, she picks up and I say that I ordered 2 medium pizzas one pepperoni + bacon and the other one a pineapple + ham pizza and then I ask where's my order only to be hung up on which I found rude, unprofessional and annoying.

So despite of being annoyed by being hung up on I reluctantly called back and try to place the order again only to be told I have already placed an order and that's it's ready for pick up to which I reply I can't pick it up and ask for it to be delivered and she replies we don't deliver and then hangs up on me again.

By that time I was with done with the lady and her disrespect so I didn't call back instead I deleted and blocked their number from my phone and removed their business from my star list.

The first thing you tell a customer who is calling in a order if you deliver or not so that no one wastes their time. This pizza place doesn't deserve a 4.1 rating they deserve 1 star rating for the crappy customer service and disrespectful staff members. I'm never ordering another pizza from this...

I went in there from ordering online through the mobile app. Upon entering, I was standing behind 1 customers and 2 were sitting down. The customer ahead of me finished her order. Then the customer sitting down (not in line) went ahead in front of me even though I was next. The person running the register didn’t care to tell this customer to wait since she wasn’t in line. Secondly, the employee at the front gave me a hard attitude when I asked about my chicken because I didn’t see an employee grab it from The back. The chicken I got was fine but the pizza was undercooked for both of my pizzas. The dough was extremely soft on the bottom. I literally had to recook the food once I got home just so the pizza can be cooked evenly. Also, the pizza wasn’t even cut completely. I had to cut more than half the pizza myself.
