If I could give 0 stars if I could first off the watermelon sugar they never clean the machine because 90 percent of them don’t know how and put new blended up watermelon on old I ate here and got food poisoning so bad I was in the hospital for three days on a liquid diet the freezer in the back don’t work and don’t keep the chicken cold enough so it goes bad and stink but they still cook it not every body know how to fry so sometimes the food might not Evan be done all the way I seen workers putting there bare hands in the food and eating it Evan the owners and if you ask for fresh chicken they just throw old chicken back in the grease the cilantro be going bad and they still would put it on the food only two people change the grease constantly D and T so if they not there they cooking it in burnt old grease fries be suit for an hour they will still give it to you if you say it cold they just throw the old fries back in the grease the tamatos be going bad they’ll still put it on your food and so much more nothing works properly but go ahead and eat here if u want food poisoning's Love T.J And the hot honey butter sauce be sitting out for days when it has ingredients that suppose tone...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hot Chi located on 87th St. The wait time was beyond frustrating, clocking well over 30min for just two 6pc dinners. The state of the store, both inside and out, was appalling with dirt everywhere. Even after enduring the long wait, my order was messed up, missing items I had ordered. The food itself was a huge letdown too. The cheat day fries were overly rich, and the chicken lacked any seasoning, just an overwhelming heat(even the mild flavor.) As if that wasn't enough, I had to reheat the food once I got home because it had already gone cold during my frustrating wait. What's worse is that there's no contact information provided to address these issues. I spent nearly $50 USD on food at this location, just to not receive all the items I paid for. Trying to reach out to them via Instagram was a fruitless endeavor; they completely ignored my messages. It's baffing that Instagram is their only point of contact and even then, they still disregard customers. In the end, I'd strongly advise against wasting your money here. i was skeptical about this restaurant at first, but after seeing how much business they attracted so soon after opening, i had to try it. i would give it a 5 star, but they were a bit disorganized when it came to pick up orders. i had to wait an extra 15 mins past my pick up time to get my order, and i had to actively ask if my order was ready after waiting for so long. if i hadn’t, i probably would’ve waited even longer. there were many to-go bags sitting on the counter, and the lady bagging them wasn’t putting any effort to get them to the customers, especially since there were so many people waiting. besides from that, the food is decently priced. i ordered a medium spiced honey chicken sandwich,which was pretty large, i couldn’t finish it in one sitting. the medium spice is spicy but no so spicy as to where you cant enjoy it. i ordered their elote too which was good, but the corn kernels were so short it was almost as if the corn weren’t fully grown? it was weird idk. food was good though, i’ll be back. i would say they just need to work on the...
