Firehouse Steak and Lemonade — Restaurant in Lake Township

The food was good when I first went there but as I spent my money there more often they try to give you old food, and French fries they put too much seasoning on their meat... I got the chicken on a pita meal which was delicious when I first went which is why I went back the second time I went back my gyro bread was kind of hard like it was old and re-warm up the third time I went my chicken on the Peter was salty the tomatoes was kind of hard not very ripe I brought it to their attention and they fix my chicken on the Peter wright the next time with less seasoning but the french fries was old and refried in Greece like I didn't know that's what they do they also do that at some McDonald's and fast food restaurants also so just beware also the cashier in the front the cashier one of them which is Hispanic I think 🤔 buys she's very rude I put my card in her hand to pay for my food she laid it back down on the counter when I had my hand out to receive it back which is very disrespectful just be careful when you spend your money there and make sure they respect you because they don't... I think even though you work under stress you still supposed to be nice to a customer that you haven't even spoke with from the beginning check your food make sure your food is fresh they drop old frie's back into the oil like you wouldn't know the difference so just be careful...

I went to this restaurant October 5, 2025 I ordered a large chicken nacho with everything on the side so I can prepare at home I asked the cashier was fine before I paid she said it was when I get my food is not me the way I want .I asked to speak to the manager. the manager was so rude she was I Hispanic lady.she worked at 7 PM on this Sunday evening I believe her name was Melissa that’s name on receipt.I asked for something like some chips on the side since they made it while and she tried to refund my whole order wow without even asking me and she told me it was my fault that they don’t make it that way and should not ordered did that way.I feel so disrespected because I’m spending my money at this establishment and I just got off of work so I was hungry and I didn’t wanna go anywhere else and this is what I want it but the rudeness of the customer service was terrible I worked in fast food restaurant I know how a person is supposed to be who comes in and spending their money I feel like fire house and needs to do better hiring people who has better customer service skills and treat customers with...

If I can give this restaurant ZERO stars. I will. I spent over $50 on food for my family for my order to be completely messed up. I called to order and the girl who was taking my order was playing around and talking to her coworker—Thus messing up my order. One meal was suppose to come with fries and didn’t. I had a sandwich with no fries. I paid for a whole MEAL! Which I didn’t get. My brothers burger was still pink when he bit into it. I asked for hot wings and got regular wings which I didn’t want. I called back to tell them my order was messed up, and the employee was BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL!! As if she didn’t want to be at work. I asked for a manager and she lied and said there wasn’t a manager there. When I told her I was coming up there then she put a manager on the phone. I talked to a manager about my food and I’m thinking everything is okay, but then 5 hours later.
