Burger King — Restaurant in Lake Township

I ordered at the drive thru, they make me sit by the window for over 10 minutes. When I get home and open my burger all it had was bread and chicken absolutely nothing else, of course I'm pissed off bc I paid $6 for this thing, I go back and the Manager says "that's how the burger comes", of course I get so mad at this point I ask for my money and show her the pic of the burger behind her and she just had no words.... she said "yes, buger $6 dollas" of course in broken English... when she shows me the receipt it says "plain" and that is not what i told the moron at the drive thru, but that lady is always doing stuff like that, this is not my first time I get an order wrong here, but was my worst and last bc I will absolutely not be going back even though is across the street from my house... Employees play around rather than focusing on orders ive been inside and through the drive thru and they somehow always give you the food cold at 1st I thought it's was cause it took awhile to get home but I went again to see if it was just the ride home that did it and nope they come cold I went inside saw them make it and still got it cold I'm assuming they dont do their routine check ups on the stoves/machines to make sure the temperature are up to code and the employees attitude when you come in immediately changed from having fun to why are you here it's sad how bad their work ethic is the only one that seems to care about their job is the older lady everyone could care less. Hello I wanted to make a complaint on the burger king on 64th and kedzie. They buy stolen goods from the bp next door and lie to the police and help the convicted escape by telling him, the police are here run, run.
