This was a postive overall experience for me. It started with a phone call to the store that was answered promptly by Francisco. He was friendly and very professional. My project was to update my GMC Sierra radio with back up camera. I spent roughly 15 mins on the phone describing what I want and discussing pricing options. What stood out about this call was the fact that he told me the option he was suggesting was very pricey. He didnt sugarcoat it or try to beat around the bush. I knew from his honesty that I wanted to do business there. I went in the next morning and found the entire team increasingly professional and passionate about their work. I met Francisco and he selected everything we discussed from the previous day. They started on my car as soon as I made selection and purchase. The project took around 3.3 hrs. I was warned that it might be a lengthy process due to the rear view camera install. This game me ample time to explore the surrounding business. The best part of this sale was the service provided at the end. Francisco and team member went over each feature of Kyle new radio with me to ensure I was completely satisfied. I really valued this experience bc they have an obvious interest in creating the customer's vision for their ride....
Read moreJ’s did an outstanding job. Great customer service in every aspect. I tried wiring my own subs and speakers and they lasted for a while. I started having trouble with them so I brought my car in. I knew multiple people that have gone here and had custom setups done. Louis checked out my car and was honest with me. He didn’t sugar coat anything and was very helpful in answering questions and giving feedback. I dropped my car off Sunday night and got a call around 930ish Monday morning (30mins before they opened). Francisco knee my situation and was extremely helpful. He called me to give updates and asked me questions on what I would like to do with my setup. They finished everything in one day. I could not have been happier with how they treated me with respect and their knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I would recommend this shop to anyone, their work is outstanding and their customer service tops everything off. I will definitely be bringing all my future cars to this shop and recommending anyone I know to bring theirs in as well.

Read moreMy wife had purchased a Viper Alarm/ Remote start system from J’s and had them install it. We’ve been back a total of 8 times because the remote start kept going out on us. Now, just recently after they replaced and reinstalled another component due to the warranty, the electrical system in the car does not work properly. I went back two days ago with the car and had the whole alarm and remote system removed by them. After removal, my turn signals, hazards, rear tail lights, and harness for my hitch doesn’t work. I told them that they were the only ones that touched the electrical system when they install the system. They denied messing up my car. They offered to reinstall the System when we come back from our family road trip vacation, but after dealing with their incompetence and possibly paying a licensed car technician $99 an hour (cheapest price) to fix the electrical, we wouldn’t go back there anymore or refer anyone. After going back so many times and now I have to pay a licensed technician to fix my car, why would I go back and have them...
