Best Marshalls ever! I was shopping there on Saturday for Christmas gifts and I stopped at Chase bank and pulled out $480.00. When I got to the register to pay for my items I realized I didn't have the envelope with the money in it. I went to the car to check to see if I dropped it in there. I still couldn't find it. I went home and was so upset that I lost all my Christmas money. I decided to call Marshalls when I got home and I spoke to the manager Cornetta. She asked me how much was in the envelope and I said $480.00 and she said yes we have it. One of the associates Brianna had found the envelope and turned it in to Cornetta. I couldn't believe my money was found. I was so happy! These ladies are amazing. I asked if I could give money to Brianna and she can't accept money so I went to CVS to get a card and a visa gift card. Thank you...

When Iām at the cashier , she tells me the item had 2 tags and āpeople do it all the timeā the price turned out to be like $5 more. Not a problem, I paid. The problem is accusing me in her tone of apparently putting a different tag in the item. When I grabbed it, I saw no visible double tag. I didnāt inspect the item. Itās not my job to. And I definitely do not appreciate the attitude I received. Direct the attitude to staff and fix the āchanging tagsā problem. Not to the customers whom arenāt at fault. I saw a price tag for $36, and assumed the Marshall's price would be about the same or less. After waiting in a long line, I learned the Marshall's price was $59! Even the cashier said it couldn't be right, but the "Manager" was just walking by and assured him and I that was correct. "That's just what Marshall's does, " she added.
