So today march 27 I made an order of a Nintendo swicth online in the afternoon at 12:42 and online it told me that I could pick it up in 2 hours, well I arrived at target at 3:45pm, I walked in to claim my order and I opened up my email and come to find out that they sent me an email at 2:11 saying that the nintendo was out of stock and that I could pick it up in another store, I decided to check if it was really “out of stock” I walked to electronics and come to find out there is 2 of them in stock in my opinion there is no way they got back in stock in 1.34 hours from 2:11pm to 3:45, I paid over 300 dollars 331 dollars to be exact, after that I waited over 15 minutes and there was no one at electronics, so I decided to go upfront and I talked to a representative I dont know his name, I told him I was here to pick up my order that supposedly is not in stock but I was definitely in stock i told him since Im here I would like to just take it instead of going to another store, he told me I couldn't do it and that I would have to cancel that order and just buy it at the store, well I did and went back to electronics to buy it again i waited like 10 minutes and finally someone came and I was able to buy it but at a different and higher price, that was some shady business of This Target and Im totally disappointed by this customer service. Read moreI’m torn. I usually love this location, but the problems seem to be adding up lately. I went in for the “spend $100 get $30 gift card “ promo with baby items. I bought my stuff and left. Got home, looked at my receipt and they upped the prices on 3 items! So I payed $15 more than I normally would on these items, so that’s half of the $30 gift card they claim is “free”(Luckily I used coupons or it would’ve been more)Went back to store. Took pics of shelf price and scanned on the circle app. I was overcharged $30.49 per box for huggies diapers that are usually $24.99-which is what the shelf & app say they should be.(FYI I bought THE SAME box 2days before @$24.99) I originally payed $101.07 for the 2 box huggies, box of up&up diapers which were also marked up to $17.49 from $14.99, a box of baby wipes, a baby bath & diaper rash cream(6 items). So after returning everything and having them price match/honor their prices-I now had the 2 boxes of huggies, the box of up&up diapers, a small pack of diapers, 2 boxes of baby wipes, the baby bath & diaper cream(8 items) for for a new total of 102.44. So for a difference of $1.37 I got a box of wipes($12.89 reg price) and the small pack of diapers($4.79 regular price). SO LOOK AT RECIPTS-COMPARE STORE/APP/ONLINE PRICES BECAUSE THEY ARE OVERCHARGING!!! Read more4/13/2020 Disappointed in the reliability this store has to offer among the staff. After a specific item, A funko Pop, was delayed due to a back order because of the Pandemic, the store told its customers that they would have them ready for Monday. Since the figure was sold out online in a matter of seconds, twice on the same day, it was only fair to wait and see what Monday brought.
After a wait to get inside like all other customers, the morning staff at the electronics area where the Funkos usually are could not find them due to an overhaul of supply, and promised myself, and another customer that they would contact us to get at least one of these figures. As today went by, I called to check if they effectively did find them, to which a staff member said that they did, yet no one told any of calling me, or the other person back, and could not hold onto the item.
Not only is this a disappointment on the stores behalf, but an even greater disappointment to a customer who took time out their day to go, get told something that was never going to happen, and just be lied to by the staff on both shifts.
Would not take the word of the so called "floor leader" in the Toys/ Electronics department, her name is Agustina, or her counter part that assists her, his name is Xavier.
Severely disappointed and would be cautious if shopping...
