Burger King — Restaurant in Lake Township

Don't stop at this BK. It's 1pm and just got home but I was there at 1230pm (drive thru) with my kids to pick up lunch. Ordered an impossible meal, chicken fries and chicken nuggets with a coke no ice.

Once I approached to pay, I was handed my bag and drink. Looked inside bag and requested ketchup and was given four packs but I requested extra since we had 2 orders of fries and the chicken fries and nuggets. The cashier did not have a happy face when I requested extra ketchup but oh well. I usually taste my drink before leaving but I sensed she was busy, just pulled out of the drive thru. Big mistake. After arriving home I realized that my coke tastes like a grape juice and, there was lots of ice after requesting no ice. Not sure what type of drink this is but there's no fizz whatsoever. The fries and food was very sloppy like they just threw into the bag but we know some people do not enjoy their jobs. Also, i have no receipt to actually provide feedback directly to the corporate offices. Perhaps they do not pay them well, don't know. Go to 54th and Pulaski, never had any issues and they actually repeat your order before asking you to pull forward to pay. The only reason I stopped there was because my kids had a class at the...

So I was thrown at this Burger King because I was in the area. I will be honest I stopped eating burgers a few years back trying to be more health conscious. Nevertheless, I wanted something light so I ordered fries, chicken fries and a cookie with water.

Pro- the bathrooms were fairly clean and the ambiance was fairly welcoming. The wait time is long and when you are served the meal is cold. I have been at a few Macdonald’s and I see why their competitor is doing better than them. At McDonald’s if you order a meal and you are dining in the server finds your table because you collected a number after your order which enabled the server to find you and present you with a warm meal. Moreover , they welcomed you as you entered as well.

Now that is called good customer service. Besides I thought businesses tried to outdo their competitor but not Burger King 😂. I do hope they improve their service, customer service and meal...

Completely dissapointed with the service I recieved a couple days ago. I went out of my way to go to this location specifically because the other locations closed early only to find out that they refused to allow me to redeem my tmobile tuesday offer for a free whopper as long as you made a purchase of $1 or more valid until the july 28,2020 at 4:59 am. They said it's only valid on tuesdays that's why it's called tmobile tuesday and I tried to kindly explain that while yes the program is called tmobile tuesday the details do say you must clip and use the offer before it expires on the date mentioned above. The cashier refused to listen and said my manager says only tuesdays. I've tried to redeem offers through their app all the time and always seem to get such bad service or attitude it's so disappointing considering the employees refuse to accept a valid offer they themselves are providing.
