Florencia’s Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Lake Township

Great place and food! I liked how they renovated the place; the decorations and bathrooms are nice and clean. Their portion sizes are great for the price. As well as the presentation for the food. But the rice felt a little dry for my liking. It tasted good, don't get me wrong, but I like it to be soft. One other thing would just be advice for the waitress that served us. They were very friendly, no problem there. But it would be better if they passed by the table a little more to check up on the customers. There were times when we needed service, but it was difficult to get their attention from far away. I hope they don't get in trouble for this, though! The food and staff friendliness was great....

The server was incredibly accommodating and helpful the quality of the food is mostly delicious the steak was very good I tried the quesadilla with steak and Chicharron Verde as well as the gorditas the quesabirria and sampled the lengua jamaica and horchata and limonada the only item I did not like was the lengua it was likely par cooked and then finished on the plancha giving it a sear that made the meat a bit tough but that was the only food I wouldn't try again that being said lengua is a tough protein...

I went today with my family and all the food was very delicious I ordered the Mar y Tierra plater .I like my steak medium and usually I get at other restaurants a dry ass steak hard to chew.But this steak 🥩 was perfectly done very juicy very well cooked nice and soft and very well seasoned the shrimp were very fresh and soft when you bite them not like the ones that you get at the Marisquerias todos Bien Duros y quemados y chiclosos. la agua de Orchata y Jamaica estan riquizimas igual El cafe muy buen sabor. Las tortillas echas a Mano tambien muy ricas.al llegar te Dan Unas tostaditas calientitas y una salsa de molcajete Bien Rica.me gusto mas ESTA salsa que las Otras 3 que me dieron con los platillos.My daughter also order the same Mar y Tierra plater and my wife 2 Gorditas que tambien le encantaron mucho.todo El restaurante ESTA muy limpio y comodo. La mesera nos atendio rapido le Pedi Uno's limones y de volada fue Corriendo por ellos muy atenta la mesera😏👍🏻100% Se los recomiendo ESTA en frente de la Target de la Pulaski y 42...
