Worst customer service ever, this was the second time I went in to shop. The first time no assistance once so ever, it was my first visit in the store with my husband. I need it a few items and didn't want to wait for it to be shipped to me. You would think once you walk in the door someone will great you and ask you if you need help. Nope, not this location I guess they still need some training to do. The second visit I did today was to shop for my mother in law, she was looking for sheamoisture baobab protein conditioner and I need it a NYX honey primer. I saw that both products I was looking for ulta had it online. I figured hey let's give the ulta store a shot again nope it was an epic fail. I walked in no help again, I got my NYX and went on searching for the Sheamoisture. Since I couldn't find it I asked one of the associated that was in the back by the salon for assistance as she was holding a product and then she specifically told me " give me a minute I'm looking to see where this product belongs at then I will help you out". The associate walked away from me and decided to call someone else to help me. Um, first of all all this employees at this location are freaking lazy and fat. You don't tell a customer let me find this product to re stock it and then I'll help you out. You help the damn customer not walk away and continue to restock your one product. Um hello you don't do that, worst customer service ever. I'm never walking into this store at all. I was approached by an Marisol Anaya, she kindly greeted me and asked if I found what I was looking for.Ā She looked at the serum, and we began discussing how long, the reason why I used the product, how I discovered it, and if I've ever used any other products. She also noticed that my face has been suffering from discoloration, acne, and dryness. I was in serious need of help. She politely asked ādo you have a few minutes, Iād love to show you these products that you would enjoy,ā I agreed. She introduced me to skin products called Peach and Lily, she was extremely knowledgeable in every product she recommended, she provided numerous reasons why those products are some of the best, the purposes for each, and explained how they would benefit my skin. I also mentioned to her had a tight budget, therefore, she introduced me to a smaller kit with four different products to try. At the end, I was convinced she everything she recommended was going to benefit me, I purchased everything regardless of my budget. I trusted her wholeheartedly with my need and she didn't fail me. To this day, I continue to use the products Marisol recommended. Marisol exceeded my expectations and was able to provide me with the products I needed. I had a hair appointment for a balayage and I was informed by my stylist and the manager that they ran out of bleach therefore the job was unable to be done. I booked this appointment 2 months prior and it was scheduled for 6/6/21then it was rescheduled to 6/13/21because my stylist wasnāt available, which was okay with me. I was not expecting to go into my appointment today 6/13 and be turned away because the salon didnāt have the materials that were needed. The manager did offer to give me a free haircut for the inconvenience but that doesnāt change the fact that I walked out unhappy. How is this place even running a salon and donāt have the materials in stock knowing they are providing services to customers. I seriously could not understand how an āupscaleā salon could not execute their services because of lack of care on their part. A manager should be in charge of checking inventory and keeping up with products that are needed to provide the services they offer.
