Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lake Township

I received a text saying my order was out at 9:36 pm. I called the restaurant at 10:36 pm letting them know it still hadnt arrived. They contacted the driver and they said they came to my home and someone answered and said I wasnt going to be home for another 2 hrs. I explained to them that no one came to my house and that driver was either at the wrong house or lied. They transfered me to a man who spoke to me very rudely saying I was lying and and wouldnt even let me speak which upset me even more. I told them i have cameras in front of my house and no one came. This man went on to pass me on the driver and i went over my info so she can make the delivery. Im super angry because of this whole situation but mostly about this man who was rude beyond forgiveness, he called me a liar, shut me up and I can assure you I will be releasing the footage of my doorway and my experience to warn others. Besides all of the trouble my family is now scared to eat the food incase they spit on it. So everyone reading this review...

Apply for a job but the website mentions which pizza hut is hiring for what and I sat their for 20 minutes before even getting asked to talk to the Manger they won't hire you if you a black male and it's unfair to me because I have a car I also drive the school bus for Chicago public schools and then I also worked jimmy johns for 13 yrs and they won't hire me because of my skin color the female tells me yes we are hiring but not right now then not for that position but I affirmed that I can do any position then she say she would want go hire me but she has to talk to the gym so basically this rasicim needs to stop because it's sad how black men can't make a living in this world and you can't even get a job at a pizza place like all black people aren't criminals I have not been locked up or have a criminal record but they don't care if you aren't Mexican or white they won't hire you I should have known when I was in their not one black person worked their or came in their but...

It is understandable that mistakes are made from time to time, it is how the problem is handled which is a deciding factor in me coming back to a business. I have been in customer service for almost 20 years. The two managers Denise and Santiago were very professional in correcting my order, they fixed it with no problem. A couple of Saturdays ago I was in the area running errands. Since I live up north, I was contemplating getting Lou Malnattis but for $30 You can get more at Pizza Hut. Since Pizza Hut was on my way to the express way I decided to try this one. My order was not exactly how I placed it online, I didn't realize it until I got home. I called and Denise had no problem fixing it. The day I returned to fix it Denise was not there yet. Santiago the manager on duty called Denise to verify and then he fixed it with a smile. Excellent work you two, now I didn't mind choosing Pizza Hut and the next time I'm around I'll order again...
