China Ho Restaurant — Restaurant in Lake Township

I got delivery tonight, I’m a regular customer, I usually have great service and good food, tonight that changed, I got a phone call 50 minutes after I placed delivery and all the old man said was “delivery” and hung up on me before I got the chance to ask if he was outside, I thought okay well whatever, then when I went to check outside he didn’t even get out of his car! He made me walk to his car and then had the audacity to be rude right away! I said thank you, with a smile, and he shrugged me off and stayed quiet and nasty, my total was $32, I handed him a $40 and expected $7 in change, I like to tip for the service and this man was nasty and rude the whole way through since the start! No way I was gonna give him a tip after that! He didn’t deserve it! But he then proceeded to get angry! And tell me to not order again and yell at me in Chinese! HOW RUDE! I’m a nice person but his attitude is so garbage! My blood boils knowing I have to deal with this guy again if I ever go back, he is a bad delivery man and if y’all can y’all need to look into him because he’s rude to customers all the time from what I hear and he was gonna ride away with my change if I didn’t say anything, then he gets angry for no reason and starts yelling at me for asking for my change!, what a shame I loved this place, gonna take a break for a while after this incident! PLEASE FIRE that delivery driver that can’t be good for you guys to have him represent the place. On a side not the last time I got a delivery it was a younger gentleman and he was super nice! He texted me and he told me to have a goodnight and was amazing! But tonight not the same story, bitter old man delivery driver being a jerk to someone who’s spent a lot...

Ordered on phone, told 10-15min, took 55min, was in PJs so they assumed I was homeless, approached me while I was waiting asking if I knew my order would be 24$, told them I knew owner got defensive saying it was just to "double check", watched as she gave poor service to a waiting family dining in(who were very vocal about her lack of proper service), at one point goes to the back asking what's going on in the kitchen, finally rings me up for order and is being super passive aggressive cause she can see the frustration on my face from the poor service, asking me how my days been with a scowl on her face, I reply with are you guys busy today, no reply, talks to co-worker in Mandarin and assumes I don't understand she's talking about me, walks away her co-worker finishes the order, was a long time regular cause getting stoned and eating this food was easy accessable and never had an issue before(other than 3star food) overpriced for average quality food, with 1-2 star service, 10/10 not...

I walked in to eat and use bathroom before I could get a word in they came around counter and said DON'T BOTHER MY CUSTOMERS!!! Klee I was a bum looking for food so I proceed to bath room I used it and they came down the hallway screaming you dirty my bathroom once I left I was not going to eat there they did not know my coworkers were eating there and they said that lady always bothers my customers for money and food she only eats baroque chicken we don't serve that her I think they are rude and racists I never have been so embarrassed in my life they need to learn English before they own a food business but I had the same experience at subway I ate there I needed to use bathroom they told me it was broke but I saw a white lady ask for a key and she walked right in. What is this world coming to please stop supporting these places...
