My mom and I dined in on a Sunday after church at the 5201 S. Pulaski Rd location. I called ahead with expectations of being seated upon arrival. That didn't happen! I explained my mom uses a walker from a recent spinal cord surgery and could not sit for long. The person who answered asked my ETA-I replied 30 minutes. When we arrived, the waiter at the podium smirked stating calling ahead means you still have to wait. I asked to see a manager. Spoke to Rosie. I explained my mother's situation and that she's a diabetic and needs to eat soon. Rosie was kind enough to allow my mom to sit at a table near the bar. She also gave my mom biscuits and water. We waited at least 45 minutes to be seated. A lady customer arrived and made a scene about the wait time stating that she had 7:30 reservations to a movie theater. Rosie appeased the lady to quiet her down and seated her party and served them. I was appalled. Especially when she knew my mom's situation. Seems she had a problem dealing with a difficult customer. To add insult to injury, we finally got served and my order was despicable. The waitress tried to convince me that my lobster tail was Rock Lobster, but clearly it was Maine . The cook sent a Maine lobster tail and placed it on top of a shell. I was livid! The rice was hard enough to chip my teeth, the broccoli was mushy and dry biscuits. Rosie tried to convince me to not write a review by giving discount cards. I assured her I would not write a review, but I feel I should as I believe this is the only way customer service will improve at this location. Also, I will not use the discount cards. I received a response from the owner with an apology and requesting I send my personal information and to reach out on Facebook. I do not participate on Facebook. Please do something about the service at your store. That's all I asked! This used to be my favorite Red Lobster location. Check your management. Please!

Finally, someone, (I think the on duty manager) came to the front and asked if I had an order, I let her know I had a curbside order and had been waiting over 15 minutes. She went to go check and I waited yet another 10 minutes. Finally an employee came out with my food. I glanced real quick and left, took another closer look as I was pulling out of the parking lot and realized they forgot my calamari, so I doubled back to retrieve the rest of my order. The doors to the entrance were still locked, so I had to call and let an employee know that part of my order was missing. Waited another 5 minutes and an employee came out with the rest of my order. Overall, not a pleasant experience and taking 35-40 minutes for a curbside order, defeats the purpose of a curbside order.

My first time here and I had the worst experience ever. We walk in and ask for a table for 2 and they tell us it’s going to be a 30 minute wait but we can eat at the bar if we wanted. So we sit at the bar there is two people working the bar and there is only a couple next to us. 10 minutes go by and no one has greeted us offered us a drink nothing! Finally one comes up to us and asked us if we knew what we wanted (there was no menu for food or drinks) we told her oh well we still haven’t gotten the menu can we please get one she brings it to us then walks away (both of the servers leave the bar) We look at the menu another 15 minutes go by she keeps walking in and out of the bar until we finally call her to tell her we are ready to order. We tell her our order she doesn’t write it down just listens to it and walks away. 25 minutes later still no food she just kept saying it should be out in a bit. Food finally comes out I look at my food and I told her oh my potatoes were suppose to be loaded she said oh I’ll bring out the stuff separately for you to do it right now then my boyfriend noticed our steaks are the same size yet he ordered a 12 oz and I ordered a 7 oz so he says hey how come your steak looks bigger than mine if you ordered a 7 oz and the server turns and says I thought you order a 12 oz grabbed the plate back and said I’ll put a order in for a 7oz and takes the plate I said ok she said it should only be like 10 minutes. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes!!! My boyfriend is done eating and my food is not out and she is no where in sight! Finally comes back to the bar with the plate I told her to just give me the tab so I can pay and get going took the food back paid my tab and left. The service was horrible how is no one going to greet you or even offer you water after 10 minutes of sitting at a bar when both servers are literally standing in front of you talking amongst them. I would have completely understood had it been busy but there was literally only one couple at the bar who were bagging their food. The waiting time for our food was crazy only for it to be wrong which I could have kept but she took it back to put in the correct order. Then that took another 30 minutes! I whole hour of sitting there with no food and no one to even attend to us cause she left the bar the entire time. Even the other servers would come and ask if we had seen her. To top it all off the manager walked into the bar when she came back with food and didn’t bother coming to talk to us, apologize for the inconvenience nothing! It was such a bad experience specially when I was the one convincing my boyfriend to go there so we can finally try it yet I was the one that left...

I have been coming to this particular establishment for many years. The service is usually okay but today it was particularly awful. The service was not rude but I felt basically ignored. The food shows an obvious decline in quality over the years yet the prices continue to increase. My party arrived early afternoon on a Saturday. The restaurant was not busy as we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. The server spent more time ogling my chest than writing down my order so it's no wonder my order was incorrect to start. I always try to give servers the benefit of the doubt as they have very difficult jobs, however, he wasn't just absentminded but started getting irritated when I had to make the same requests multiple times. These weren't abnormal request. I requested water in a clean glass, biscuits, a steak cooked to the correct temperature. The waiter never checked on our party to see if we needed anything and when we waved him down to request something he stated "why y'all didn't tell me all at once?". My response to this was you keep walking away. He responded, "I'm trying to work my 2 tables". The 2 tables included my party of 2 plus the table right next to us that also had a party of 2. A manager had to be requested in order to get a steak cooked medium instead of medium well and she approached the table ready for an argument. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience and didn't stop by the table to make sure it was prepared properly the 2nd time. We never saw or heard from her again. The cesear salad came with brown lettuce, the shrimp alfredo came with no alfredo sauce, and the additional cesear salad that was requested with no dressing and came with dressing. When we were done with our meal the waiter stated that we couldn't recieve an additional bowl for carryout. The bill was incorrect and of course was a hassle to correct. The waiter seemed very forgetful and seemed to want to make sure we understood that nothing was his fault ( presumably so that we wouldn't lessen his tip). Overall a very subpar experience and will not be returning to this location maybe this business as there are so many great options in a city this size known for its superior culinary cuisine and...

It's a lil much to unpack here first off it was my baby girl 7th birthday and we came to celebrate here just 4 people in total 2 kids 2 adults the waitress was nice though she informed us the soda machine was down so there was nothing to give but water and lemonade that was the first sign to leave but I didn't want to cause a fuss with the birthday girl and my already hungry guy so I endured it wasn't really a big deal. I brought in a cake and asked for permission to refrigerate it they said it was fine and even offer to sing happy birthday.They gave us menus and the kids menus( to which it came colored and drew on already) again not a big deal but still a red flag I thought they threw each used one away any way we started with appetizers and the queso was watery the chili shrimp was okay by this time I took the girls to the bathroom and smelled something so awful the stall next to us was blocked off with a orange cone and I was just thrown off because no one even cleaned it tissue was all on the floors again ignored the red flag and wiped down the toilet so my girls can use it. When we returned everyone picked over what we could eat and I noticed business picking up (not that much about 2 couples and 1 group of 4 came in the rest of the restaurant was empty and 1 person at the bar) it seemed like our server was the only one there once finished I asked her can we get the cake to which she joking stated I'm happy you said something because if not it was gonna be here all night I was a little annoyed with today so I joked it off with her once she brought the cake out with a knife and plate and nothing else to eat with my guy asked me is anyone going to sing after a good 5 mins I told him it's getting busy they forgot that they said they would so we as a family sung it ourselves. We waited for our to go container for the pasta that I tasted once and packed up( it was so dry and nasty I truly wish I was lying) that's when I heard the biggest red flag was the couple behind us that pulled a long hair from their food smh😪 I had so many signs to leave and I stayed and that's what I get for not following my first instinct. I'm not asking for a refund or any future discounts this place was...
