I’ve gone to their 3 locations a couple to several times a month for over a decade.
The employees at their locations are great! (but upper management discriminates)
I found this out when I had an issue with one person that works for them over which I called to talk to someone in upper management named Lawrence.
I explained to Lawrence his employees tell me I’m their largest grossing customer in history. I’ve gone to their locations for over a decade. And what a great job the employees do which as a business owner myself, I realize is a credit to him and others at the top who run the company so well.
I felt it might seem odd I go there SO frequently, so I explained it’s because for years I’ve practiced something called Tantra massage, sensual pleasure sessions.
I told him I usually send little highlight clips via text if a Woman wants to see. (then they request their sessions)
And that one day I told the lady working at one of their locations to text me and I’ll buy her lunch and send her the clips.
She texted me for me to buy her lunch. I sent $50 Apple Cash and some clips. I never heard back from her.
Not knowing if she never saw my messages or if something happened to her I texted her from my company phone. She never responded there either.
Over the next few months, I go to the other 2 locations I mostly go to.
Then one day I schedule to go to the location that lady works at and she goes off on me and tells me I can’t go to her location anymore.
Apparently, she didn’t hear me tell her I was gonna send her the clips when she texts me. (she just wanted the free lunch) Lol
This is what I called to discuss with Lawrence.
He cuts me off and tells me “what you do repulses me!”
Wow!! 😅 I said, well that hurts my feelings Lawrence, I’m sorry you feel that way 😔
He just kept saying “you repulse me!” And he said “no woman wants to see that!”
I nicely corrected him saying, actually tens and tens of women have wanted to see and requested I do their Tantra sessions at your locations resulting in me spending tens and tens of thousands at your business over the last decade 🤷🏻♂️
Again he kept telling me what I do “repulses him” and that I “don’t show enough remorse”
I said okay Lawrence, she didn’t realize I was going to send the clips. It’s just a misunderstanding which didn’t cause a problem for anyone. And maybe I don’t seem to convey enough sorrow because I have autism 🤷🏻♂️
He said “what! You have what?” (I replied saying I’m on the spectrum)
Again he said “well what you do repulses me and now your banned from all locations!”
During the call two things came to light: He learned what my sexual practices are and that I don’t convey “enough remorse” which is because I have autism.
At which point he decided to ban me.

Shortly after I posted my initial 1-star review, I was contacted directly by Eriq Robinson, the Director of Guest Experience, to inquire further about the issue that I encountered when applying for membership. He allowed me to explain why I had an out of state Driver's License and afforded me the opportunity to present our apartment lease to verify that we are indeed Chicago residents. I truly appreciated his effort. He rectified the issue swiftly. I was able to make the reservation in time for my husband's birthday. Although, I wasn't able to use the 15% discount due to it not being my birthday as the registered member, Eriq did make an additional effort to display exemplary customer service by throwing in a complimentary bottle of J. Roget Spumante and I was pleasantly surprised with the added silk rose petals on the bed that displayed "happy b-day". Lastly, he followed up after our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. This is a perfect example of outstanding service and because of the way this was handled, we'll definitely return for our next special occasion as well as refer others.
The check in process was seamless and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. It was easy to park as well.
The Lush room did not disappoint! It appeared to be very clean. The waterfall in the jacuzzi was my favorite! Aside from the entertainment room with the dance pole (wink wink). I think this was hubby's favorite LOL. The steam room/shower with an area to lay down....Unbelievable!!! Phenomenal! My only disappointment was that we didn't have more time. 4 hours flew by. Next time, we'll definitely have to rent the suite overnight.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: I "applied" for membership. I wanted to surprise my husband with a reservation at the suite for his upcoming birthday at the end of June. I answered all of the questions as well as uploaded a copy of my license. I was extremely surprised when I received the email stating that my membership had been denied. I can't think of any reason why it would be. I uploaded a picture of my Texas Driver's License (my husband and I relocated to Chicago nearly a year ago and didn't bother with transferring our licenses over to IL). Now, I feel uneasy about this company having a copy of my Driver's License. I'm not sure if that's the reason I was denied but I can't imagine otherwise. If that's the case, couldn't proof of residency be asked for instead of just denying someone? That would have been easy to provide. No explanation was provided what-so-ever. I wouldn't want to be a member of nor spend money with an establishment that operates in this manner. I will book else where. Not very good customer service...
Read moreI have been a member for a few years already the last two times I have been here I have been extremely disappointed.
One of the last times I went I had the room the room was not completely clean it had gum on a promotional flyer and I asked room service to come clean it. I was disgusted but I spent over 200. For that room that day.
And the second time which was 1/172025 I called to reserve a room from 1/26/25 bc I received an email about selective rooms being 99.00 I made the reservation online but to make sure I was getting the promotion I called (bc you can also enter it in the comment section) I had called and asked for the reservation the woman I spoke to didn’t believe that I had an email with an CODE for this discount. She looked it up herself and found it. She told me that the 6pm reservation I will not get the 99. Special bc it has to be before 6pm. So I said I’ll take the 4pm for the $99.00
So on Sunday, 1/26/2025 I went to the location so I can enter my room at 4 o’clock. The gentleman in the front told me that the woman had never been booked me for that time and she only booked for 6 PM. He also told me that she didn’t place it in the reservation But then again he said that she did give me the reservation but at 159.00 for four hours. so I have two people telling me two different things, but then the gentleman contradict himself. first you said that the girl didn’t make the reservation and then he said that that she did make the reservation but at $159 at $99 He tried to make it right by giving Me the room I was promised and gave us two bottles of water, but I was so upset at this Point. I pay a membership and I visit pretty often with my significant other. I feel alive. Customer service should be at Better have people explain more or if there’s an issue call the customer back and tell them. just very unprofessional and I’m not happy at the moment.
Edit: I received a phone call from the manager Lawrence, he was very nice and extremely helpful. He helped resolve my issue immediately after speaking with him. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much...
