I discovered Cassona by accident one day from across the street. I noticed the beautiful and unique pieces in the showroom window. I am a happy and loyal customer. I highly recommend cassonna because of James. James greeted me, and I felt at ease. (not like every other cheesy furniture showroom!) James explained that he could help me lay out my rooms without any obligation to purchase. Yay! I have great taste, but I need help with scale! James has the resources and talent I need! I had spent too much money in the past buying furniture that didn't fit, and I was intimidated by the details. I happily paid a small ($100) design fee, which would be applied to pieces from the store if I wanted to purchase anything. James and Cassona are my go-to for all things “home.” He did my son’s home and now, my daughter's home. James is talented, fun, and caring. He redesigned my living, dining, and family rooms and is now working on my bedroom. I love the style, quality, and personal touch. James remembers EVERYTHING about my home even years later. The prices are reasonable, and James and Angel are a great team. I trust them! Would leave zero stars if I could. Specifically came here with my partner after checking out the website and the great reviews. Our last couch didn’t hold up well (not from Cassona) so we were super interested in investing in a custom couch. Especially since we love to support local businesses. However, when we walked in, both of the sales reps completely ignored us. We walked through the entire show room and the sales reps didn’t bother to ask us what we were looking for, nor did they provide any type of customer service. After 15 minutes of clearly waiting to be helped, we left. Absolutely unacceptable. Especially considering the website states “we pride ourselves with personal attention to each and every one of our customers.” Ultimately, this experience showed us exactly why we shouldn’t shop here - because now I can imagine how awful their customer service would be if we had any actual issues with our purchase. Great experience at Cassona this weekend. This is the second time, not counting accessory purchases, that I shop for furniture at the store. The first time was a few years ago for my son's bedroom set and yesterday helping a friend with furniture for a new apartment, living room and bedroom. The staff at Cassona is always very friendly and knowledgeable about fabrics and materials. Prices are very reasonable taking into consideration the quality of their products. The owner is a delight to work with, as are the 3 employees there. I recently learned that one of the employees actually is the artist of some of the original artwork for sale.
