We visited Kopi cafe in Andersonville for brunch after a busy work weekend, I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! As a group with a few vegetarians and vegans, we always look for delicious alternative spots, and Kopi did not disappoint. The eclectic experience began right away, with the option for outdoor dining, as well as the tea room up front for people watching. Inside, the dining room is absolutely adorable, with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of pastry options to choose from. What I loved most about Kopi, though, was the attention to detail and support of local vendors. The handmade products on display throughout the cafe were not only cute, but also a testament to the community spirit that makes Andersonville such a great neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend Kopi cafe for anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience. Whether you're a vegetarian, vegan, or just looking for something new, you're sure to find something you love at this gem of a cafe.

a traveler’s cafe..funny that it has fantastic service for a place meant to be a stop on a longer journey, a blip between far off places and next destinations. we almost took our drinks to go before finding the back patio! what was meant to be a caffeine-fuel-dip-and-dash-pit-stop became almost a four hour conversation. i’d been here before and not only did i not know that there was a beautiful, little patio of bright red and blue chairs, shaded under overlapping umbrellas and surrounded with basil plants and small pink flowers (and a kind of loud ac unit, which was annoying until we realized the noise muffled our conversation amidst strangers, a droning layer of privacy added to our seclusion from the world)..but (and this is most important) I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THE MATCHA FREEZE. SO YUM. EVERYONE SHOULD ORDER IT, SO CRISPLY GREEN AND SWEET AND ICY AND DELICIOUS! anyways—good times were had, a year was shed, hearts were won, and drinks were drained!

Amazingly attentive service, funky vibe, great location, with a huge assortment of food and drink. The service here was so great - we got plenty of attention and were able to keep ordering additional drinks as time went on, allowing us to stick around for a decent amount of time, enjoying the scenery and the nice day out. I was surprised by the variety of food and drinks available. While my wife enjoyed the Carmelita drink and a late lunch with her friend, I just ordered a few different types of drinks and thoroughly enjoyed them all, including the Golden Espresso Latte, Lemon Ginger Kombucha, and Matcha Freeze.

This is a seemingly cute cafe but on the whoa expensive side. I just want to warn everyone, you might think the pastries are reasonable but they are in my opinion, excessively priced. The cinnamon bun, first of all, was not a bun but a yellow cake. It did not taste like cinnamon at all and was $7.99! I have never in my life had a cinnamon bun that expensive and it was nothing special to boot. It was falsely advertised as a “bun” and not only that, the clerk didn’t use a glove to pick it up out of the case. Luckily his finger didn’t touch the cake itself. There was a lot of pressure to “dine in” as I looked at the menu and just was not up for the prices and I clarified that I was going to take it “to go” (not knowing it made a difference). I had already eaten and just wanted something quick. Then thinking I needed to try a bite of the “bun” before I left, I asked for a spoon. He gave me a plastic one. I asked if I could try a metal one since it was supposedly a bun which is thick and tough to cut with plastic, and he responded “the seating is dine in only.” He offered to let me do it but with the most disgusted, disgruntled, impatient attitude. I literally needed like 2 bites on my way out (after tipping $1 on an already ridiculous price) and didn’t want to take up a table for one item vs letting diners have a full lunch. I did not feel valued, or even wanted in the store at all. Talk about judgement and exclusion, wow this attitude sums that up to a T. Sorry to say but I will never be...

Haven’t been here since covid hit. I grew up around here and used to love this place. It’s definitely changed. Had the worse coffee drink I ever tasted, and it was the kind I always used to order. They clearly didn’t train the staff to maintain the quality. I had one sip as I walked outside, then literally tossed it in the nearest garbage can. I didn’t have the energy to go return it and complain. I honestly don’t think the guy would know how to fix it if he thought it was ok to make a drink like that. I used to also grab one of their brownies before when I’d go there all the time, but everything looked horrible and old. It’s like they gave up. The pie looked stale and the filling was falling out of the crust all over the pan. Why do you have that in your display case?- nobody is going to want to eat that. Just toss it at that point. Nothing in the display case or on the counter looked appetizing whatsoever. I mean I know times are tough, but it’s still a business and people want to support small businesses. Take some pride in the place. Everything looked so messy, even if the tables are put up so people don’t sit I guess, at least make the place look more presentable. It just wasn’t the cozy, inviting cafe it used to be. People are more conscience and cautious about where they choose to spend their money these days, so I highly recommend the staff to reconsider their approach to this once beloved cafe. I’m not inclined to go back and it makes me...

I recently visited Kopi Café in Andersonville, seeking a cozy spot to work on my iPad and enjoy a cup of coffee. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and seated, which was a pleasant surprise. The café boasts an extensive menu with numerous vegan options, making it appealing for those seeking diverse food choices.

I ordered the French toast from their breakfast selection. While it didn’t quite match my personal taste, others might appreciate its unique flavor. However, I soon discovered that Kopi Café does not offer Wi-Fi, and my cell service was virtually non-existent inside. This made it challenging to work or stay connected online. It seems the café encourages patrons to disconnect and perhaps read or engage in conversation, aligning with its cozy and eclectic ambiance.

In summary, Kopi Café is a charming establishment with a welcoming atmosphere and a menu catering to various dietary preferences. However, if you’re looking for a place to work online or require internet connectivity, this might not be the ideal spot. It’s better suited for those wishing to unplug and enjoy a meal or...
