Chicago Party Yacht — Local services in Lake View Township

I have to share my opinion of that yachting service based on two factors.... I’ve been using and visiting Chicago Party Yacht on several occasions... but this year I went to visit Robert on his deep ocean fishing adventure based off Key Largo... Robert was kind enough to include me in his family weekend trip and I was blown away by knowledge and professional equipment starting with the boat and all what comes with it... I wouldn’t imagine that a very simple and friendly guy like him can become such an expert on deep ocean fishing knowing him as best luxury yacht chartering service in city of Chicago... His two luxury boats in Chicago are well known being used by celebrities and members of all Chicago pro league teams.. there is no security watching your every move and that makes you feel like you own the boat.. when you and your friends are not able to get off the boat each crew will make sure to let leave the boat when it safe and you are ready to get in the car or ready to be picked up.. last year wasn’t so good as last few years back .. we are being prisoned in our own homes and that’s why I’m writing this comment because I started this year with him on Atlantic and planning to see him soon on Lake Michigan back in the summer.. God bless America and keep us safe and let us go back to our regular life’s an enjoy...

STAY AWAY!! I am completely blown away by the unprofessionalism of this company. My friend booked this yacht 6 months prior and attempted to cancel when the pandemic hit but they would not let her. She then was in constant communication with them the following months up until 3 days before the event date. She sent them the deposit, double checked with them safety precautions (they told her to ask the Coast Guard, nice), etc. Only to arrive and them tell us the boat was double booked and we could not board.

We had people come into town for this, get tested to make sure they were safe to come on, bought a bunch of alcohol and food, and make the trip all the way to the south side- all a waste of time and money. The staff on board was not phased at all by the fact that the boat was double booked. They kept saying "it's not our fault" absolutely no sympathy or apology came out of them.

When we continued to try to call the office, they hung up on us and told us the reservation was cancelled, HA. Why would we be talking to you three days before confirming if it was cancelled months ago? Corrupt company! I cant say...

I read the previous reviews and began to get skeptical. This sounds like a recurring issue with this company. They must double book often...

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in Chicago! We booked the stray kat 6 months in advance. We had confirmed our booking three days prior to departure. Our deposits were paid on time, guests traveled in from out of state, and then we were told at the dock that our reservation had been double booked, and would not be getting on the boat.

Zero apology, zero empathy, and down right rude behavior. Our coolers with food were removed from the dock and dropped at the bus stop; we were literally escorted off the dock all while we were trying to call Ubers/lyfts to get home.

Please be careful if you choose to book with this company. They seem extremely shady and you'll only be left...
