Seabird Sailing — Local services in Lake View Township

Ahoy there, mateys! I recently embarked on a swashbuckling adventure with Seabird Sailing, and let me tell you, it was a pirate's dream come true.

The boat was in top-notch shape and ready to set sail, with all the booty... err, I mean amenities, we could possibly need. Erik and Catherine were a jolly bunch, with personalities as big as the ocean. They gave us a proper introduction and safety briefing, which was good because I didn't want to end up walking the plank!

We spent our days navigating the high seas, exploring hidden treasures and taking in the breathtaking views. I even got to live out my childhood dream of being a real-life pirate by jumping off the boat and swimming to shore to find some buried treasure (okay, it was just a seashell, but let's pretend it was something more exciting).

Our captain was a true salty dog, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the area. He regaled us with tales of sea monsters and mermaids, and even taught us a few sailor's knots. It was like having our own personal Jack Sparrow on board! He even took us out on April 1st for the one day a year the Shedd let’s out the whales and dolphins. A must see!!!!

All in all, I would highly recommend SeaBird for anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure on the high seas. It was a whale of a good time, and I can't wait to chart a new course with them...

Erik and Cat ran a very pleasant experience sailing out on Lake Michigan, and were very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The boat itself was well-maintained, clean, and tidy, with amenities if we'd needed them.
