I may be a bit biased but I think Ann Sather has the best cinnamon rolls that have ever touched your tongue. You can choose them as one of the sides that are included with most of your breakfast meals or enjoy one with your lunch since it is already included with you meal. If you really want to take it a step further have the fantasy French toast made with two cinnamon rolls cut in half, dipped in French toast batter before being grilled a golden brown then add some mascarpone between the layers top that with granola, berries and a dusting of powdered sugar. Another great eatery in Chicago! We came for breakfast while on vacation and we are glad we did. We ordered cinnamon buns and biscuits with honey. The biscuits were flaky and on the bigger than normal side. The honey added a sweetness that was to die for! The cinnamon buns were big! And they were delicious: very bready and the icing was very sugary. I liked the buns better but that’s only because I’m more of a sweets person. We then ordered two eggs over easy and bacon and a three egg omelette with ham and no onions. When I asked for hash browns, the waitress told me that they came with onions however to my surprise, when she brought the food over, they had made the hash browns without the onions. Extra points!!
