I've been waiting here for over 30 minutes AND COUNTING ! I'm in Uber eats driver I pick up.. it's a shame that us Uber eats driver and doordashers GrubHub are priority zero at this place.. I get that it's busy.. for 30 minutes is ridiculous and they won't even tell me more or less when I will receive my delivery.. get it together please. I've seen people seated, serve their food, and I'm still waiting for my Uber eats order.. the waitress not tells me the Uber eats orders are not a priority in the kitchen the priority is the people in the restaurant. So then why would anyone want to place an Uber eats order from this establishment if their order is zero on the priority list of this establishment? I had placed a pickup order online at least 4 hours before their hours were scheduled to close. Their online system was also taking orders so there was no reason for me to think anything of it. Then when I get to the restaurant they have a sign on the door saying that they had closed early that day so I couldnt pick up my order. They really should have turned off their online ordering but again, not a huge deal, its just food, I can go somewhere else. The real issue comes with the fact that I had been charged for the order, a good $40, and when reaching out to try to get a refund, they are completely unresponsive. I have contacted them multiple times and there has been nothing done to resolve the issue. Being completely ignored is just rude and unacceptable. Now I place an order for breakfast again, and not only is the food woefully under seasoned and not very tasty, they gave us wrong items, steak with no char whatsoever on it and not cooked very good, and the food made me ill! I got sick after eating the food. My girlfriend had maybe a few bites at most, and that was still enough to make her sick too. I don't know how the quality went down this far, but I cannot order food from here again. Getting me physically ill from your food is a deal breaker.
