Kathy Osterman Beach House at Hollywood Beach — Attraction in Lake View Township

We went there yesterday and it had good menu and atmosphere but the rude racist waiter kind of messed it up for us. I say racist because he came to our table after is waiting for a while then came with an attitude and was very short was us...my sister just asked me what I was getting and before I could respond he was like I will be back and told my sister did you not hear me with a attitude for no reason for we said nothing, clearly he has something against people of color for we watched him interact with other tables and he was so warm and friendly but us came back with instant attitude and the owner must know this for when we informed her she wasn't surprised at all but said and did nothing to help the situation so I think she basically must feel the same as he or...

Great beach. Very clean, large and not crowded. Even when it’s crowded it doesn’t feel crowded.

The few negatives are the loud music from many of the patrons. People bring giant speakers and blast them. I like music but I use my headphones. Some people are there to relax and listen to sounds of nature. The life guards don’t say anything. There are also a lot of dogs running around unleashed. I’ve literally seen them relive themselves and the owners don’t bother picking up after them. This happens during the day and evening.

This is a great addition to the beach. I must say it's very pleasant and very relaxing. It's like being on vacation you hear nothing but the water the birds and nothing but nature. You can't beat it, in the summer they have a wonderful menu lot of services are offered. Comfortable seating good selection of beverages a lot of good sandwiches.
