Very very pleased with my experience and the quality of Ron's work. He welcomed me with a smile (smile eyes due to covid mask). He is very experienced and a straight shooter. He discussed my goals and we come up with a detailed short term and long term plan for my hair and hair health. Ron took into account my facial structure, my age, and what I was trying to accomplish with my look. He was clearly experienced (I think he said 30 years but not sure). His use of shears were masterful. The conversation was friendly, respectful and also very real. He has a lot of life experience so the conversation was not superficial and drab...I laughed a lot. So glad he was able to get me in cuz rumor has it that pre-covid he was booked out 3 months....

The atmosphere is nice and the owner is nice. It is a small hair place. I was not over impressed by my hair cut at all. Normally it takes at the most 20min to cut my hair. The guy who cut my hair took more than 1 hour. I was getting antsy. At first the clippers were getting snagged and pulling hair out of my hair and I told the guy it hurt, that should of been my first clue to get up and leave. The stylist did not even style my hair when he was done, so how am i supposed to know if I liked my hair? Upon checkout the owner asked how my hair cut was and I told the truth that I will probably never come back, he was nice and said if I didnt like my hair that he would fix it another day. I will not be going back...

Victoria is a master hair stylist. I have been going to her for nearly 30 years! She has worked wonders with my fine hair—with both long and short styles—and is particularly skilled with color and highlights.

Vicky is extremely talented. Over the years, out of convenience, I have tried other stylists from time to who live closer to me. But no one holds a candle to Vicky! I drive an hour each way to see her, but it is 100% worth it. I have not found another person in the Chicago area who cuts as skillfully as she. Vicky also is a lovely person.
