I came here 2 weeks ago with my daughter and niece for the first time. The pizza was good we came on a 1/2 price Wednesday it's a great way to try out the new restaurant. Our server was a delight. We ordered soft drinks and I asked if we could have water the server brought bottle water I politely said may we have tap water she said no this is the only water we have. Mind you the table in front of us had tap water. She said that she had to go ask her manager I'm thinking they got these high school students working and making them push bottle water on you .She said they will get in trouble if they give tap water .Shame on managerment! But our server did give us tap water after asking permission. So the pizza was good so I decided to return 2 weeks later by myself I ordered the 14" WOW special which is pretty good they didn't have 20oz DC so I ordered a 2 Lt. Then I asked for tap water and the server said we don't give tap water on Wednesday . I DROPPED the MIKE!! It's not the server fault but you have to be kidding me I just spend 3.00 on soda and you can't give your guest water. Is it worth losing a new customer over 1.25 . I spent 25.00 as party of 1. I would come back and bring more guests but I think I will have to think about if I would return .Because of this dinning experience I gave 3 stars. BTW I am a retired server so I do know the business. LOL
Dear Owner it was nice that you replied first look at my name I am not a sir. I didn't aspect for the restaurant to give me bottle water yes that would be costly as a business. But you are probably the only restaurant in the city that doesn't give their guest tap water when asked. I wish your business well but you need to take a class or two about customer satisfaction. You just lost a customer and I will share this dinning experience and owners response with my 12,000 followers. Stay...

I hate writing negative reviews, as they greatly impact businesses.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience. My order through Grubhub was significantly delayed, taking over 2 hours to arrive. I contacted Grubhub customer service for an update, but they were unable to reach the restaurant. They proceeded to cancel the order. Shortly after the cancellation, the restaurant owner called me to inform me that the order was on its way. However, he insisted that I pay for the pizza, despite the delay. (Yes, there was a thunderstorm but I am located less than 4 blocks from the restaurant.) The owner's response was particularly frustrating. Instead of apologizing or offering to make amends, he wanted me to pay for a pizza that was two hours late. Given the lack of communication and the extended delay, this demand was unreasonable. I would have been willing to wait a bit longer had I known the order was still en route. Instead, the restaurant's failure to keep me informed led to the cancellation, and yet the owner insisted on charging me. He can keep the pizza.
While it is unlikely you will have a similar experience, just expect nothing when/if you have issues...

The toppings aren't even close to the edge of the crust. Its one of those few places where the delivery guy always has trouble finding your door for some reason; its better to eat in, which will also allow you to complain when they mess up your order. The pizza IS cheap though, and so are you, so you keep coming back.
You look up from the grease pooling on the surface of today's acceptable extra cheese to glance out the window; across the street is a new Pizza Hut. You hardly even consider it before you return to the long task of chewing your rubbery crust but, five years from now, the Pizza Hut will indeed have left no room on this street for the 4th best pizzeria in town; even then, it will have begun a campaign to dominate this sector worldwide with indomitably consistent palatability. And regardless of whatever sweeping social upheaval this grand centralization is a portent, individual diners across the nation will soon be able to raise their standard for a bare minimum pizza.
For only a barely considerable premium, you too can relive this vintage flavor experience in the brave new 2020's at...
