There is a woman that works the Mon-Fri early morning shift here that is just amazing. I've walked past her for a couple years and she is always so happy and cheerful to riders scanning in to ride. Honestly, I don't know how she does it. I mean I consider myself to be super cheerful, but this lady has made my day more than once. I actually look forward to my commute when I take the L in to work...

Brown Line access with semi-indoor station on east side of Southport Avenue. Fairly busy stop at rush hour. Access to the platform only from the station (I wish that fare card access was available on non-station side). Premises kept very clean and tidy, although gets a bit slippery in the...
