My friend recommended this store and I was hesitant. So I watched some YouTube videos and placed a fairly large order. I had some unexpected free time so I stopped by the store before and tried on a few things since some stuff was sold out online. The sales associate Chloe was super nice. A couple of days later, my store pick came in. I had my dog in the car so I called ahead to see if they can bring it so it’s waiting at the register for me and I could pop in to pick it up. Forgot the girls name but I appreciate that convenience as it seems like a busy store.
Fast forward a few days later, I came in to return the items that didn’t work out. (There were a lot since I did YouTube research and not actual fitting room research before I placed my order.) Viviana was the friendly cashier who did my return. I explained how most of the items didn’t fit and how me and best friend are diff sizes. A coworker named Sophie overheard and assured me that everyone’s body is different and to come back and ask for her so she can help me find something that looks good and that I feel great in. This sold me on this store. Such great customer service.
Shoutout to the manager Tracy for being so knowledgeable when I spazzed out and got confused with the order and my return. She calmly explained everything to me and assured me it was correct.

I went this the store to make a return because, at another location, I told an associate I wanted a specific pair of pants. Instead, he sent a different pair to my home.
When I received them, I took off the tags because I was excited. But when I tried them on, I realized they were the wrong ones. So, I ordered the correct pair myself through the app and went to this location to return the wrong ones.
They refused to take them simply because the tags were removed—even though it wasn’t my fault. I wasn’t returning them because I changed my mind; I never got the right item in the first place. I had to print a return label and send them back through FedEx, which, of course, went smoothly.

During my first visit, the employee said their system was down and I couldn’t return my items. A bit frustrating but not their fault. I came back a few days later and apologized in advance for all the returns and exchanges I had (around 10 items). Employees were super nice about it and brought over the new sizes for the clothes I wanted to exchange and even brought over different color options when I wasn’t sure which I liked. They asked if I wanted to sign up for their program so I could get $10 off my purchase (which I wasn’t aware of) and packed my clothes in my bag for me!
