I love this place and its employees. I have been a regular customer here for around three or four years now, and which time I have moved all around different parts of the city but will still intentionally drive past other Vape and smoke shops to come to this one in particular. The employees are always super friendly, very down to earth and have a good sense of humor, as well as very knowledgeable on all aspects of all of their products. There’s also very willing to go out of their way to help with any unique issues you may be experiencing. I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve fixed leaky tanks and have replaced old coils for me. I can genuinely say this is one of the very very few stores these days that I have the experience of employees trying to actually save me money by telling me about different products, deals, Promotions, etc while still maintaining superior quality in all aspects.… Long story short, great place! Hands down, best vape shop experience I've had in my life. These guys truely went above and beyond helping me pick out what I needed, and were so friendly and informative. They're passionate about what they do, and their energy is contagious. 🙌🏻 As someone who's really picky about flavors, I get bummed out a lot buying new bottles cuz I'll get home and hate the majority of them. Being able to take my time and try out a huge variety of flavors in a chill environment before buying is a game changer. Left with at least 4 new flavors that I really enjoyed. This was huge for me, since I was visiting from a flavor ban state and needed to stock up while in town. The juice prices are very reasonable, considering the high quality. Staff are nice, but prices here are very high. Taxes have a bit to do with this, but this is THE most expensive vape shop I have ever been to. Most shops around the Chicagoland area offer discounts or will barter. V312 offers "deals" but the "deals" they offer are more expensive then most regular priced items at other places.

The juice and equipment here is of good quality; however, it is either marked up, or never on sale. They also refuse to price match. I recommend shopping online when possible.
