Review update - First and foremost - I still love this place but I did want to update my review after my second visit.

Excited (and quite obsessed) about my first two love linked bracelets, I decided to come back for a third one the following Saturday. Yes, not even a whole week!!

I was so excited and still on such a high of my previous visit the past Sunday that I was really looking forward to add to my wrist.

Unfortunately, this particular Saturday afternoon was a little different. The staff seemed pretty disinterested, the owner was also present and I thought that was pretty exciting after I have been following their Instagram for a few weeks, I got a glimpse into her life. (Super cool woman, okay?!). Not a word. In her defense, it was a little busy when we walked in But the entire visit, even when it was me and one other in the store, the owner never said a word. I was a little sad, just because I would have so much to say. (The store is beautiful, the staff during my first visit was AMAZING and because of this, I am a forever fan and back within a week for a third bracelet)

Maybe this is a high expectation of mine but I was so hyped over all the good things people have to say about Winnie, I was let down and unable to share that feeling. I also completely get that this could have just been an off day for her. (Hey, we all have them!)

The welder was so nice and definitely the highlight of my visit. She was able to resize my box chain that may have stretched over the past week along with being very friendly and welcoming. (She even mentioned the previous welder put the wrong size link on and it was a good thing we can resize so we can add the correct size! - not that I even knew!)

When I went to pay, I was charged and on my way! However, when I went to look at the receipt, they had charged me an additional $15 for a "new weld spot" or resize/re-link.

Now, if this would have been a month or two out and it needed to be resized I would have no issue paying the $15. But, less than a week and no mention of the up charge from the welder or woman who rang up my purchase? That was disappointing and I politely asked them if this was really necessary and they had to call to get permission as the owner had stepped out of the store by this point. Not to mention the $500 that was spent in the past week from mine, my mother's, and partners bracelets.

I'm very happy my first visit went so well but I wish I could say the same about this second time. (Sept. 16th) I will just remember that the Sunday Crew rocks and keep my visits to Sundays! I wish I would have their names but whoever worked Sunday, September 10th, Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience and it's because of you I'll be a returning customer and tell all my friends!!

I had been thinking about permanent bracelets for a little while and I stumbled upon Winifred Grace via an internet search and I am SO glad I did.

It was a Sunday afternoon and the weather was beautiful! I was about to call the store to let them know I was having trouble finding parking and may be a little late when I actually received a call from WG to let me know they were running a little behind. (Okay, love that heads-up)

A while ago I actually purchased a permanent bracelet here but recently will be starting a new job where I cannot wear it. I called the day of and Nicolas was able to accommodate me as a walk-in ! Absolutely quality service here! I recently came to Winifred Grace with my boyfriend to receive permanent bracelets for our 1 year anniversary. Unfortunately, my bracelet fell off and I was heartbroken since it was such a special gift.
