Personally speaking- energy, vibrations and customer service is everything. This juice here is good! My best friend and I recently visited this shop on a Monday, it was about 3:50pm when we entered the store, as we rushed in from the rain there was no “hello”, no acknowledgement nothing...the young women who worked there was washing dishes. All of our questions were “no this, no that” the crystal shop was closed and we were [rudely] informed the juice area was also closing in 2 minutes- thus the attitude- EVEN THOUGH website, google and windows state the shops close at 8pm, the apparently were closing at 4... okay (rolls eyes). And it’s wasn’t even that, ok so, everyone had weird hours nowadays, people are stressed, I get it! But when it comes to customers, you always treat them with respect, interest and acknowledgement. My best friend and I were both genuinely interested in spending money, looking for crystals and pine juice… But the young lady who was there on Monday afternoon Will probably be the downfall, her energy is in the negatives and her attitude is disgusting. I’ve been coming to this crystal shop since I moved to Chicago almost two decades ago, and I recently returned after Covid and the fire incident. The owner and staff have always been incredibly helpful.

As a crystal healing practitioner, the most important things for me are the variety and quality of the crystals - and this shop has always delivered. I can always find amazing pieces for my personal collection, as well as high-quality tumble stones for my sessions and classes.

I’m so glad they made it through Covid, especially since a couple of other crystal shops in Chicago didn’t make it, and the renovations after the fire have made the shop even more beautiful, with modern touches that really...

What can I say? My experience at Andersonville’s very own cave of wonders was the best; just look for the beautiful liddicoatite logo, and you’re there. They offer an incredible collection of crystals and minerals in all price ranges—from common stones to rare meteorites and international, museum-grade specimens. The service from Daniel and Nick was equally exceptional. What I admire most is their appreciation for their customers’ passion for minerals, encouraging it with a strong emphasis on mineralogy through their extensive book collection and their willingness to answer all questions, even from a small girl just starting her journey in rock collecting.
