If I could it would be zero stars placed an order for 2 7in cakes went to pick up today they said they had no record of my order at all even tho I spent 30min on the phone with the women specifying the cake I wanted because they don’t carry that certain cake in store made because it was to expensive to make . The cashier explained to me the procedure they have of taking a cake order and for some reason made it seem like it was my fault they didn’t have my cakes ready she said you need to make sure you get your paper and requested to see my paper how am I going to present a paper slip of an order that was placed over the phone ? THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BUSINESS. I purchased my wedding cake at this location and they completely lost my order. On the day of my wedding I contacted "La Baguette" to check on my order and they said they didn't have any documentation of the cake and said there was nothing they could do. I, however kept my receipt which it fully showed the complete order and the payment I had made for the cake. In the end over my insistence, they made a cake but it was 4 feet long and flat. It was a total disaster. I will do everything possible to make sure they amend their mistakes. This is completely unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to speak to the manager and the workers refuse to allow me to speak to anyone with seniority and will not give me the manager or owners name. its sad they remove the EBT (link card) One time when the link had their system down. The older lady was so rude to me. Telling me “that’s not my fault or my problem you don’t carry money or have little money. People should know they shouldn’t rely on the EBT and always carry money. Laughing and smiling.
