This is my first rating of any establishment, however what a drone else says about the owner is true. He does not listen when you try to explain why you're not happy with your service. I asked for a full in with a really light pink l, considering that is what I had initially received from Mary. Mary had done a fabulous job on my initial set and she made me feel comfortable no matter how much I hated the pink and white. When Kathy proceeded to pretty much start over (for a fill in) I became a little skeptical. I was thankful that she wanted my nails to look nice however throughout the entire time she was doing my nails I reminded her that I did not want the pink to shine through. I wanted the overlay to look as nice as possible since it seems like no one around here does a gel overlay instead of the nail polish (if you're from North Carolina you will know what a gel fill-in is. For some reason they don't have that anywhere near me!). I tried to be optimistic but as she was finishing up it looked took pink for my taste. I told her I was sorry but did not like it but it looked really pink. When she brought the owner over he had no compassion and was like that's the light pink. Then the lady who I guess is the manager was rude as well telling me that what my nails looked like is how it was supposed to look. I continued to explain that when I initially had gotten my nails done Mary used a light coat of the light pink acrylic (and as I'm talking the lady is shaking her head). I have had my nails done many of times and I have never experienced this type of customer service. I did not want to pay for my service unless someone was going to listen to me. I did not appreciate them continuing to speak in their language about the light pink and me complaining about it.

Highly dissatisfied. I started working in Home Health Care. The lady that I'm caring for desperately needed her nails tended to after a long winter. We decided to try here because it's close to her home. Spent almost $200, Mani and pedi for her, pedi, full set and eyebrows for me. We had 3 technicians. 2 for me, 1 for her. Her technician was openly frustrated by the state of her nails and embarrassed and humiliated her by complaining to her co-workers about it. Although not in English, her gestures were obvious. Then, in English, she proceeded to complain to the lady I care for, telling her how much work it was. She had 0 patience for a woman that she didn't realize has mild Alzheimer's. I had already planned on tipping well and still did so after our horrible experience. I found it even more disrespectful how her technician's attitude changed completely after receiving her tip, offering us her name and that we request her when we return. We won't be returning. To top it off, the Mani and pedis were ok, but my full set was shoddy at best, mismatched in shape and size. I also tweezed my eyebrows when I got home.
