I found the workers to not be that friendly. We were at the store around 6pm. We purchased a Christmas tree. We paid for the tree and the cashier (not friendly whatsoever) radioed back for someone to bring it to their front. She did not tell us where to wait for it and the store was packed! We stood at the front which really made us just be completely in the way. After waiting a bit we were told that they didn’t have our tree in store but yet it was outside in their containers which apparently they are not allowed to access after 5 pm. Ridiculous! We were told we had to come back from it the next day or they could hold it for up to 7 days. She had me fill out a small piece of paper with my info and said if she didn’t call before 10am the next day I needed to call. She gave me nothing to prove to them the next day that I had not yet picked up my tree which I must say was worrying. We live 45 minutes away and I was irritated that I was not able to walk away that evening with my tree merely because they were not physically inside the store. I had to make an hour and a half round trip again the next day. Next day I received no call and instead of calling myself I just showed up in store. It was even busier than the prior day and had to track down a manager who again, wasn’t friendly. He wasn’t the same as the evening before. He glanced at my receipt, radioed back for my tree and walked off without saying anything else. So, my overall opinion is it was an unfriendly, unprofessional experience and honestly think some friendliest would’ve went a long way! Tree did turn out pretty though lol

been to hobby lobby multiple times, there’s never an issue until today. apparently my mom, older brother and grandma had gone to buy certain things. when they were going to pay, a manager (the ID clipped to the workers shirt showed) had gone up to them while they were in line waiting for their turn to be checked out and asked if they were going return their stuff. my brother proceeds to say no, and she moves them to a closed checkout counter. once they hand her the money, she pulls out a flashlight, checking every single dollar/bill to make sure they weren’t fake. my mom did indeed feel upset over this as no one else was being pulled over to another counter, nor every single dollar being checked. here’s the picture of the receipt and the name of who checked their stuff out. maybe it doesn’t seem like a big issue in other people’s minds, but considering that this could happen to anyone and get the wrong idea of WHY are we getting different treatment rather than others? who knows, still seems very suspicious and disrespectful in a way.

I LOVE this Hobby Lobby. You can always find good deals on any type of home decorations. I mainly watch out for sales though, because they are “EXPENSIVE”. You definitely couldn’t beat this sale they had about a week ago with 50% off of ALL WALL DECOR. We’re moving, so I was able to find some really nice things for my children’s room. This is a big store, so wear your walking shoes so you can take your time and look around. The customer service is friendly as well, and I like that no matter how busy they are, you’re never in line more than 5 minutes from my experience.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Hobby Lobby for Christmas decorations, and I must say, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. Not only did I find everything I needed to spruce up my home for the holiday season, but I also had a great time browsing the aisles with my five kids.

The moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted by a warm and festive atmosphere. The Christmas music playing in the background instantly put us in the holiday spirit. The store was beautifully decorated with various Christmas-themed displays, which made the shopping experience even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights of our visit was exploring the extensive selection of Christmas decorations. Hobby Lobby truly offers something for everyone, regardless of their preferred style or theme. Whether it was traditional, rustic, or modern, they had it all. Each aisle was meticulously organized, making it easy to find what we were looking for.

Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the Hobby Lobby employees. They were readily available to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. It was evident that they were genuinely passionate about their work and the products they were selling. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the entire shopping experience more enjoyable.

Another aspect that made our trip to Hobby Lobby memorable was the opportunity to involve my kids in the decision-making process. They were excitedly picking out their favorite ornaments and decorations, adding a touch of their own personality to our holiday decor. The employees were patient and engaged with the kids, making them feel valued and important.

Overall, our experience at Hobby Lobby was nothing short of fantastic. The wide variety of Christmas decorations, the festive atmosphere, and the helpfulness of the employees all contributed to a fun and successful shopping trip. I highly recommend Hobby Lobby to anyone looking for quality decorations and a delightful...

Lake Worth Hobby Lobby is HORRIBLE to their customers. I have shopped at this location my entire life. I work at the Lake Worth Florist which my family also owns. We have spent a lot of money at Hobby lobby and even send our customers there. However the last 4 times I’ve been shopping in Hobby Lobby (specificity the Lake Worth location) have been HORRIBLE . I’ve been followed all over the store and they have made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point that I told myself I would never go back. Well, I went back today to get magnets for a Christmas gift. Despite already feeling uncomfortable shopping here. Immediately after entering the store I went to the restroom . Then asked an employee where the magnets were, grabbed what I needed, went to check out, got a price change, paid & left.

Then as my boyfriend and I were shopping at the Sci Fi factory in the same shopping center a cop came in to talk to us. Apparently Hobby Lobby called the cops on us & we are now banned from Hobby Lobby. They couldn’t even give the cop a good reason why. And when I called to talk to the store manager Steven he told me “ their security was watching me and did not like my shopping habits & that I wasn’t a good fit for them as a customer”

Oh! Not to mention my left arm is paralyzed, I am disabled and have to wear a sling. So I’m just curious what would make them think I was stealing. I was carrying the items I was going to buy in my one good hand & bought them…

We were not even able to return the items we just purchased. I feel extremely profiled, violated & helpless. Honestly this is a blessing in disguise because I will never support a business who treats its customers like this.

If you have any visible tattoos or look alternative in any way I would not shop here because you will...

I bought a clock that was on the Shelf with no Packaging. There was no barcode and no other clock on the Shelf like it. But I wanted that clock and bought it anyway after 15 minutes waiting while the employees were trying to figure out what to charge. Got it home and it didn't work. I had my receipt and took the clock back. In the meantime there were more clocks like it on the Shelf. So I just wanted to exchange the clock. I went to the refund counter and there was some discrepancy about the receipt. The floor manager and the cashier we're talking amongst themselves and I wasn't real clear on what was going on and asked what was the problem. I was informed that there was a price difference of $20. The clock was really $69.99 and not the $89.99 that I was charged. I explained that at the time of purchase there are no other clocks on the shelf and the clock I bought had no packaging and apparently no one knew how much it was so they charged me $89.99. Apparently that wasn't good enough because the store manager called security and ask them to run the security footage on that day and time that was listed on the receipt. The security guard then confirmed that indeed they had to do a price check on the clock. The floor manager still did not know what to do. I said that is exactly what I just told you happened. Finally the floor manager allowed me to exchange the clock after waiting another 20 minutes for a $20 difference and their mistake to begin with! Got the clock home and it didn't work either!! Will never do business with hobby lobby again. Micheal's is putting in a store in Lakeworth next to Target. Maybe a little competition will help their...
