I wish I could give zero stars. I had the worst experience ever. I came out of my way to this particular Target because they had an item that I needed and they were the only ones who carried it. From the time I walked in and out of the door, the customer service sucked. I felt as if I was not welcomed. The cart wipes were out and I seen an associate walking from the entrance area so I called for her saying "excuse me" loudly about 4 times until I had to practically chase her down with my 6 month old with me. I asked for more cart wipes and she pointed and said, "they're over there". "Ma'am, I know they're over there but you're out." I guess she was doing something more important because she acted as if I bothered her. She went and checked the cart wipe thingy and sure enough, they were out. She then told me they were out and that she can get me a paper towel and use the "juice" from the empty wipe container. Lol! Her words. Okay cool. I then went to the juniors department and encountered another associate folding tank tops. I meddled around the table for a bit admiring the tank tops and checking for the price, which there were no price marked on them. I also waited to see if she was going to speak. NOPE! So I spoke and she says, "what?" Lol! I repeated myself and she says, "I'm fine" then continued folding. I then asked her if she knew the price of the tank tops and she acted as if me talking to her annoyed her. She said that she didn't know the price. There was another associate with the price gun nearby and she told her to check the price for me. Lol! Okay, moving along. I'm looking for a particular item and encounter another associate and she tells me the wrong aisle so I went back to her to let her know that was the wrong aisle and she said that it supposed to be over there and I told her that its something totally different over there. Then she told me that it should be in that area. I then asked her if she could check so I wouldn't have to do all of that excessive walking and then have to come back to find her. She got on the handheld device and started searching for it but she didn't tell me so I'm just standing there waiting. She then told me that she can't find it and they don't carry it. Lol! She never went to physically look. At this point, I just walked off and got the item I came for and left. I will never, ever spend another red penny at Lake Worth Target! It's obvious that I was not welcomed. I don't throw the race card around at all but it's obvious that this was the problem! It was so quiet and awkward the entire time I was in the store. I walked past at least 5-6 employees and not one person spoke but they made sure they told me to have a nice day! I can't believe Target has these type of people representing their company! I'm...
Read moreI never knew what I was missing until I went into Target one day. I love the place. Lake Worth Target is always spotless, the restrooms are super clean. I LOVE Starbucks. Every single person who works in Starbucks knows me and my daughter and what we order. They are friendly and fast. Lisa always asks about my family...I feel like I'm chatting with friends when I go in. I prefer getting my coffee here versus the Starbucks by Chase. I like them so much I took everyone in Starbucks homemade fudge for Christmas. Tatum and Lisa always go the extra mile, even if they are super busy to ask if I need a sack or a sleeve for our drinks. They never complain when I have to reload my card in store. All the baristas are so helpful and nice to us, but unfortunately I don't know their names or I'd mention them too. Above and beyond is how I'd describe my experiences in Lake Worth store. When I go out for coffee with friends, it's always, without fail, to the LW Target Starbucks. I love the uniqueness of merchandise in the store too. From the housewares, pet products, work out equipment and clothing. I buy my groceries here exclusively. People say Target is more expensive, but I haven't found that to be true. Actually the Dollar General's food selection is higher than Target. If I need to ask a question, employees will stop what they are doing, even though I'm like you can just point me in the direction...they will stop and take you to whatever you're needing or specially go to the back to look. From the Starbucks to shopping in the store...it's a 10 for us.
Update: I still love my Starbucks...
Read moreI give this Target a 1 star because I could not give it a 0 star rating. I did not feel comfortable. The worker in a yellow shirt looked out of place and he did not seem to help the disorganization in the store. He almost bumped into me because he was racing around the store randomly putting items away and skipping past other disorganized sections in the home items area. He eventually bumped into a man and mummbled something that seemed to be an apology. Hey, I love Target but even if this young man is contracted out his position as a third party employee of Target, he must be kind and respectful and stop running around like there is a fire i. The store or something. If he works here he needs to act like he deserves to be working at Target. Target has a great culture and I enjoy shopping at other locations for that reason BUT I will never enter the Target location here again because he runs laps around the store and I don't want to be bumped into or witness someone else like I already have saw today, he bumped into them and did not properly cimmunicate apoligize. I eve saw many other customers moving out his way and looking confused at...
