I went in the store Mar 27th to return some picture frames I had a receipt, the cashier asked for my name and email I refused to give my email for security reasons. The cashier went and called a keyholder? so Im guessing not a supervisor? she imediatly asked me what the problem was, I told her there isnt a problem ...I dont want to give my email I just want my refund, she begain to tell me she doesnt understand what my problem is, I said again I DONT WANT TO GIVE MY EMAIL. I told her to just put in her email, she said no that I should have just given the cashier a fake email, Im like what? how is this so hard? she refused to give me a refund and I had to report her to her coporate office , waiting on response in the mean time NO refund so far. These two cashiers were horrible and they need to be repremended for treating a customer this way. The one walking away was the key holder and refused me her name and my refund. Did not expect this type of behavior in a Kirklands very disapointing.    Read moreI usually love this Kirklandâs location not only because it is close to my home but because the staff is really sweet and always accommodating but since the Covid, I havenât really had a chance to get out much. But today I was there and I was really taken back by the lack of customer service given at this location...maybe because it was close to closing time but I wasnât even greeted when I walked in the door (nor was the lady that walked in after me!). The girl (MAKAYLA) that was standing by the register kept asking me if I was ready to check out when I was placing my stuff at the register after I told her i was placing my stuff at the register because it was too heavy for me to walk around with. Mind you, the staff usually assist with this and asks if they can hold the stuff up front for guest while they shop. When I was finally did check out she didnât even have the courtesy to say THANK YOU as she literally threw everything in the bag and handed it to me!    Read moreI received my product but to my surprise when I opened it it was damaged. I took back to store they told me they ordered a new one. Well that is what I was told. I never received an email. I have not received anything and it has been a month. I think the customer service at this particular store needs improvement. The store manager Kiara (not sure on spelling) was the one that ordered replacement and when I called back to cancel my order she never took responsibility and just brushed it off and blamed it on e-commerce. She did not say let me check to see what happened and to make sure this does not happen again. Thirty minutes after I called and cancelled the order she calls me and tells me it has been at the store almost a month. I asked how come they did not call me she says they start calling after 3 to 4 weeks! Well that is exactly that time frame and no call!! She still did not take responsibility!
