I lost a ball back in November 2021 because of a policy I feel must be better managed. Balls that are left for 30 days are discarded in the trash, that's how I lost a prized bowling bowl. I hope my scenario does not happen to anyone else. Since that event almost 10 months ago I had to reach out to corporate to see if we could rectify the problem. Amf Bowlero corporate made every attempt to replace my ball after those emails. The frustrating thing is that it just was a forgotten topic until I started to email corporate again and again. I just wish the communication was more direct and clear because it took 10 long months. Mr. Nelson the District manager was very apologetic. He was very accommodating and professional to follow up with me to ensure the situation was handled. I would just like to say Thank you...

Rob is AMAZING! He took the time to listen to my husband and what his needs are for getting a proper drill for his finger holes. My husband cut off his middle and ring finger back in high school. They reattached them but they are not straight or right! Rob measured and remeasured my husband's finger's and span! My husband was also super excited they sold the type of bowling shoes he wanted. Plus as a Bonus they are $50 cheaper here...
