All the employees here are extremely polite and ever since December of last year, this particular location has become extremely focused on its customer service; looking to provide a better buying experience to first time shoppers and guests that frequent the store often.
The employees now always greet every customer to enter the store and do their best to fulfill customer requests and answer any and all questions that they receive.
Even when the store is packed from a movie theater rush, the employees make sure that the store is presentable and clean for its guests, and that almost all items are stocked and easy to find; and if an item is out of stock they always check nearby locations to make sure you find what you're looking for.
Every time I have been in the store, the employees have been extremely helpful and friendly when it comes to questions about a product, and they do not make purchases feel rushed; taking time to explain additional features and just chat about gaming interests and new products that are close to releasing.
The store's location is convenient and the atmosphere inside is very homey and the employees are kind, funny, and openly talk and laugh with the customers and each other (unlike robots at other stores); resulting in an environment that is fun, easy, friendly, and enjoyable to shop in/at.

Unfortunetly, I overheard him he tell that customer in a nasty tone, "or you could just find that info on "my" website. I stead of taking his time. I disconnected and looked online. It said they had the game but it didnt say if it were new or used. I called back letting him know I took his advice and looked online. He said they diffently dont have the game.
