I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a diamond ring for my fiancé, having received positive recommendations about your establishment. However, I found the associate's attitude to be unwelcoming and dismissive, particularly when I expressed my interest in less expensive rings. Her responses to my questions were curt and did not address my concerns effectively, which was quite frustrating.
With 22 years of experience in sales and running my own business, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service. In this case, the associate's approach seemed to lack the essential skills in customer engagement and value-building. When I asked about the merits of more expensive rings compared to the less costly options, her replies came off as dismissive.

Read moreI recently bought an engagement ring from IDC in Lakeland, FL, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience working with them, in particular Courtney.
My girlfriend (now fiancé) and I went in to shop for rings and had the privilege of working with Courtney. She spent so much time allowing her to try on different diamond cuts, and allowed my fiancé the time to figure out what she truly loved. She was never pushy, and found us multiple incredible options that were within our budget.
What really put IDC over the top though was my fiancé and I planned a last minute trip, which ended up being the perfect time to propose. However, the ring was scheduled to get in after the trip. Courtney went above and beyond to work with the ring manufacturer to get it expedited so it would come in time, then actually drove the ring and diamond to their other location to Tampa to get it made since the jeweler in Lakeland was out on vacation.
