I visited this store a few days ago. I was a little bit skeptical about it, because I had read a few of the reviews and wasn't okay with some of them. But I wanted to see for myself. My husband and I walked in and this sweet smiling face greeted us. Her name was Sadie. She welcomed us to Kay's and told us that someone would be with us momentarily. While we were waiting, we were also assured that someone would help us very soon by Carmen. Who also had a great smile and was very pleasant. It was quite busy on this day as it was Valentine's Day. The next person who greeted us was this young lady named Karen. WOW!!! What an awesome associate. She treated us with so much respect. We weren't dressed the best that day, which meant even the more to me, because I know that many sales people judge customers according to how they are dressed or the way they look. Karen treated us like ROYALTY. My husband and I already knew which ring we wanted to purchase as we had already picked one out last month. We showed Mrs. Karen the ring from our cell phone and she went straight to it in the jewelry case. She asked my size and had me to try the ring sizer in case. By the way...she sterilized it before letting me try on. (Good COVID-19). My husband then decided he would propose to me again in front of all of the customers. It was absolutely beautiful. I was shocked, happy and crying at the same time. I am giving this store a 5 star review because I loved the way we were treated. And the customer service was outstanding with all reps. This is one of the reasons why I know my mother would always tell me...find out about a person for yourself. Don't go by what other people may feel or say about others. This is true concerning the sales persons at this store. They were all dynamic. I am glad that I did not allow the few bad reviews deter me from checking them out. PLEASE KEEP UP...

Visited this morning hoping to find a nice upgrade to my wedding and engagement ring on a somewhat tight budget. Figured I’d be out of luck. But I told the salesperson my budget and she didn’t even blink. Super nice and sat right down and found things in my budget going by what styles I liked and what I was hoping for. Karen was right on top of everything and I found a ring I loved and that fit my needs, looks amazing on my hand, and exactly what I was hoping for. Plus a small discount and then the warranty on top of it came in very much under what I thought I’d be spending! She had no problem working with any budget and doesn’t judge like the salespeople in the Kay in the mall do. I’m extremely happy to have such a sparkly eye-catching ring! And FYI because of another review, this store on Harden in front of Target opens at 11am. I too showed up at 10am because that was the Google hours, and we had to browse target for a half hour. I mentioned this to Karen while checking out and she said they have tried to update and it isn’t working and the upper hands apparently aren’t helping much to correct this, so don’t hold it against them and call first if you must. I have been on a journey with Karen for months, creating my dream ring & I just have to say, she is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful during the process & always updating me & keeping me informed with where we were at with the process. She actually hand picked my band & diamond. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She pays attention to detail & really puts her heart into helping the customer reach their goal! She is so kind & empathetic. Just a breath of fresh air! Almost every time I had to come into the store, I would have my 4 kids with me & even though I always apologized, she never batted an eye, she was so loving towards my babies all while helping me!
