Versona — Local services in Lakeland

If you are in need of some dressier, business professional clothes that are a bit more modern and not a terrible price, you need to head to Versona ASAP! (I’m mainly also speaking to females here, but if you are a male with that fashion sense then I mean hey go for it haha)

I really had no idea what I was walking into the first time I went to Versona. All I knew was that I was in desperate need of some cute dress pants and just a whole outfit for a presentation that was in a few days, so I needed to find something that day. I searched the handy old internet to find some stores nearby that might have what I was looking for at more reasonable prices, and that’s when Versona crossed the radar.

This is an awesome store! I am far from being a fashionista or really having any trustworthy sense of fashion, but this store has some CUTE items! From tanks to long sleeves to jackets to pants, they have a great selection of different types of clothes that can all be dressed up or are just the professional look you need (or I needed at least). Because, let’s be honest- especially for women, previous decades of business appropriate clothes can be UGLY. Like, so awkward fitting, looking, and just really not making you feel confident or good about yourself in any way. But Versona has that touch of modern trends in their styles where you will like how the clothes fit and look. Trust me, it’s a big deal!

And the best part: the prices are so in reach! Broke college kid speaking here too (rip)- I didn’t feel like I was giving away part of my soul just to have some more dress clothes. Most of their pants are around $30-40! They also have at least 3 displays of jewelry, scarves, shoes, sunglasses and so, so much. I brought two linen pants around April of this year. I wore one pair on my vacation in July, and they fell off of me after having them on for two hours. I didn't think much of it. I even attempted to taking the pants on my sewing machine. I went to the store on October 27, and I happen to have one pair in my car. I informed the sales person of how the pans stretched to no repair. She told me if I had a receipt that they could assist me. I took the pants back to the store today with the other pair that I had previously purchased with the tags and one that I had never worn. Upon getting there today I was told that the I would be refunded. Both pants cost $71.67, and then I was told on today, the pants were worth 0. The material was NO GOOD, and I am very disappointed. I do love shopping at Versona, and stop in often. Recently I saw a suite jacket I loved, since they didn’t have my size in the store I went online to order. I chose the option to deliver to the store, to save the shipping cost. It took a few days for me to receive the email stating the order had even been received. Once I received that email I waited just over a week, then called Versona to get an update. The lady on the phone told me that once it shipped, to their store, I had to give it 15 days. She said I would eventually receive an email from Versona letting me know I could go to the store and pick it up. Disappointing experience. Can’t say that I will ever go online and order...
