I literally am baffled at what just happened to me. I placed my order through my phone and paid for it and I accidentally put that I would pick it up inside. I did not think it was a big deal so I went ahead and went through the line which was about 15 minutes because they were pretty busy. I got to where it was my turn at the speaker and I told them that I had an order online and gave them my name. They came over the speaker and said unfortunately I have to pick it up inside because that's how it was placed. I explained to them that I wasn't properly dressed as I had just got in the shower and I had my child in the back seat and I wasn't able to come in and if they could just give it to me over the window. The supposed manager came acrossed the speaker and was very rude saying that I had to come in and that she couldn't override it that I put it in that I would pick it up inside and that's what I had to do. I explained again that I was not properly dressed to go out in the public and I had my child in the back seat. She said there was nothing that she could do I had to pick it up inside. I then had to wait through the rest of the line which was another 10 minutes and go around to park. I got my child out of the car got my purse and went inside and all they did was hand me my bag and I left. There is absolutely no and I literally mean absolutely no excuse why they could not have handed me my bag through the window. This was the most terrible customer service I've ever received in my entire life. There was nothing special I needed to do to show them my card that I paid for or anything they literally just handed me my bag which they easily could have done through the window. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau about this because this is unacceptable to do to a customer. Today is my birthday and I was having such a great day and this rude woman completely ruined it by not handing my bag through the window and making me get out of my car when I did not have a bra on my hair was soaking wet and I had my child in the car with me that I had to get out. Read moreMan, ever since Covid became a thing Taco Bell has gone from bad to worse. The line for the drive thru is always backed up to the streets and you have to use a self service kiosk to place an order inside because apparently people these days just aren't educated enough to work the register/counter at a fast food establishment. But still, my husband wanted Taco Bell, so I tried my best to be proactive and downloaded their app, placed my order online and even scheduled to pick it up 45 minutes later so there shouldn't have been any issues, right? Wrong. I opted to pick my order up by going through the drive thru but when I arrived the line was of course, almost backed up to the street so since I placed my order 45 minutes prior I parked and went inside. To my surprise I was told that I am not allowed/able to pick up my order inside if I selected drive thru. How's ridiculous is that? So I had to sit in the line for 28 minutes before I finally received my order. I checked my order as I was pulling out of the parking lot area and noticed it was wrong!!! So I went back inside, times them that it was wrong and the man was nice, apologized and gave me the new and wrong food. Read more8/5/18—06:45pm: FYI, if your order is wrong-make sure when you go back for what the manager says a free meal to have your receipt. Don’t believe what the manager says to you over the phone bc the other manager would not believe you. Also note that I have asked the manager over the phone if I needed my receipt and she clearly as day said “No.” If you don’t have to the receipt that they made the wrong order in-don’t bother going back hoping for a free meal and waste your breath telling them. Rude manager, didn’t know they run business like Walmart-at least for future reference make sure they tell all their manager to say the same thing so that they don’t have to deal with a wining customer-at least that’s what their interpretation of me was. Not going their ever again bc the service I was given was very rude. I’m sure they experience dealing with this but sad that it has to happen to me. Learn that if your order is wrong-go to them immediately and demand a refund instead of accepting their free meal or etc...
