Normally wouldn't write a bad review but even after reaching out to them and trying for a solution they have stopped replying to my emails. I understand because my order was before mothers day weekend the mix up was understandably an accident after ordering an almost 100 dollar bouquet with specific flowers a completely different arrangement was delivered. after emailing them they said my card was put onto a different order and they would remake the flowers. I told them there was no need to remake my specific order and just refund me the difference in the prices of bouquets since the one delivered was super small and wasn't filled with roses and sunflowers like I ordered. Since then they've been ignoring my emails and unfortunately since I am across the country there's not much I can do about it. Definitely would not recommend they used to be great but...

If you haven‘t visited Flowers By Jackie in Lakeport you are truly missing out. It is an oasis the moment you walk in the door, actually before since the walkway coming in is also loaded with beautiful flowers and plants. The green lush foliage, and colorful flowers are masterly decorated inside, making you want to just sit down and stay awhile. They have large and small items, so don’t make the mistake thinking since its a flower shop that everything is expensive….not true. Flowers by Jackie are incredible! The care and quality of their flowers and plants are perfect. I love receiving and giving flowers. I tell everyone I know "If your going to send me flowers only send me flowers from Flowers by Jackie". They are fresh, last forever and are beautiful. The people are friendly, the delivery and service is wonderful. I am not a friend of theirs. If they even know who I am its because they have delivered to me. For all of you who want to send fresh flowers or plants to someone in this area try this florist before other internet delivery places. You will be much happier with the results.
