Terrible customer service with the exception of the new girl Rachel which is the only good thing that store has going for it's self. Original sales lady (Lindsey) was incredibly rude it's a wonder how she's even in retail!! I'm thinking she must be a family member or close friend of the manager to be able to get away with the crap she pulled with me and others that I witnessed the many times I was at this store trying to get my problem resolved that after a month and a half was still going on. (For example; While I was in the store a customer came in and asked Lindsey if there was anyone else in the store at the time and she in reply looks to her left then looks to her right then looks back at the customer and says "does it look like there is anyone else here?" mind you there is an office behind the desk that is blocked off with a wall and door.) This is an indirect store to Verizon and I would highly suggest if you are interested in going through Verizon that you go through a direct store or via their website instead. The phones and bundle packages are less money through a direct store and website too. The manager (Anna) and one of the sales ladies (Lindsey) are incompetent,selfish and very inconsiderate. (For example; Anna was unable to correctly issue the refund constantly calling for help in issuing a refund,won't return my calls and wouldn't grant me the bundle deal on exchange when I was told prior that it would not be a problem.) (Lindsey talks in a demeaning manner towards me when I ask simple questions about the bill and exchange details,shows anger by saying that she's going out on a smoke break in front of waiting customers after she reluctantly gives me a protector and case for my phone for equal exchange but then still charges my credit card when there was no signed authorization for it and while I was under a verbal agreement with her that it was for equal exchange,slapped a sticky note on a fellow co workers back of their hand with my info on it rather than setting it next to them when the coworker was asking me for the info to pull up the account and lies about me telling the manager that I cussed at her when what I said was "that's a load of crap" to her response of why the manager would not call me back.) Now only reason I said what I did say was because out of the blue after she was going out of her way to be rude to me she says (Hi Joel!!!) and was talking to me with the most insincere tone you could ever imagine along with this as I put it load of crap telling me that they had a non stop flow of customers and that's why the manager could not call me back for those past three days I waited. Among many other times I was told I would receive a call back throughout this 9 weeks and still going of time I've spent trying to get a phone then dealing with their mess up on the porting of the old cell # then dealing with cancellation and refund. Now just to make it clear after all the crap they dragged me through I have still been polite up until the other day when I was finally kicked enough times so to speak and said "that's a load of crap". Most times I called the store it was busy or I get a voicemail but when I do get through I leave a message asking for the manager to call me back but I don't get a call back until I call Verizon customer service and they call the store then I'll get a call back. I went in on the 1st of June and after waiting about 5 weeks to get a problem fixed and have the new phone in working order I just couldn't wait any longer and cancelled and it's now August 7th and I still don't have the refund after cancelling about 4 weeks ago. I came in on a friday at the end of October and told the employees that I was considering hopping off my current verizon family plan and onto my own phone line depending on what deals were currently offered. I was given the pictured quote and told that if I got my own plan I would be eligible to get a steeply discounted iphone 12 mini without a trade-in phone required. I thought about this over the weekend and on sunday returned. A different worker took my information and gave me another printed quote for roughly the same plan minus hotspotting. After I switched off of the family plan, I was almost immediately told that my original salesperson was incorrect and that I was not eligible for the discount. When I brought up the quote that had just been printed 30 minutes prior, the salesperson who printed it again attempted to pass the buck. After finding myself unable to resolve the situation I asked to be returned to the family plan I had been on, at which point the salesperson leaned back and told me I would have to call verizon and do so myself. It took me over an hour to supposedly accomplish this, and it never went through. When I asked to speak to the manager of the location I was told to come back the following day. When I returned to find no manager still, I was told that this branch no longer had a manager and instead shared one with other branches. The representative took my information and promised to have this manager reach out to me, but in the last two months it never happened. Read moreThis use to be a great store; now it's awful. I've been a Verizon customer for 16 years (1 account, 2 phones) and I've used them for about 10 years. I live about 30 minutes from the store. I bought and LG Velvet 5G about two years ago and the battery "exploded" after it fell on the floor. It had an Otterbox protector but it must have hit just right. This Tuesday I ordered a Pixel 7a as a replacement and was told it would be in by today (Thursday). I did not hear from them so I called the store and got connected to the call center in India. I asked to be connected to the store but the call center said that they had to speak to the store first. I was told that my phone had arrived and made an appointment for today to have the phones switched over. When I got to the store I was told the phone was not there. I asked the young woman I was working with to check and she said she had to wait until the safe was open. She went back to the safe and brought out the phone. But, she said, there was no one there who could help me because it was their policy that the only person who could set up the phone was the one who sold it to me.
