Starbucks — Restaurant in Lakeport

The employees there are so awesome, the ones that have been there awhile know me by name and always know what drink I'm getting, the newer employees don't really know me yet because since I moved I don't go there as much as I used to, but I'm sure if I did they would also be sure to know my name and fav drink. I'm not sure if that's something that they are trained or not but either way it definitely shows that their customers are important to them. Only one time have they ever gotten my order wrong and it was someone just starting out and I believe it was more miscommunication than anything and they fixed it right away no problems. Also back when I was struggling on the street and pregnant (pre COVID) I would go inside as soon as Safeway was open and I'd order a cup of coffee and sit at the tables (when they still had them) so I could get warm and be out of the weather for a bit and so many times they would either just give me a coffee or they sound fine me free refills because they knew I was just trying to be warm and I never caused any trouble, I just kept to myself a never bothered any body, I was just going through rough times. They have always been so sweet and nice to me no matter what situation I was in. This is definitely my favorite Starbucks and I will always recommend going here to get your coffee drinks and...

I ordered 5 drinks. All of the drinks are supposed to be the same, yet 1 looks different from the other 4 and the one was sitting next to a 6th drink that looked similar to the 1 that clearly did not look like the other four when I asked them where the fifth drink was they said that was it I said but I didn't order 6 drinks I ordered 5 of the same drinks they took one of the 2 that looked different back when I tried to tell them the 5th drink doesn't look like the other 4 they said that the caramel (in the one that doesn't have any caramel) melted?? When I told them I wanted one that looked like the other 4 they gave me a paper cup with caramel in the bottom of it!! I'm sorry, but if I spend $25 on 5 drinks I think I should get what I asked for because when I take these and hand them out someone's gonna wonder if we all got the same drinks why does there's looks different and I don't expect them to believe me when I look at them and say the caramel melted on that one?!!?? and caramel is not going to melt on a blended ice drink like a frappachino and caramel doesn't disappear...

This place can never get your drinks right, I actually had someone forget to Put the coffee in my drink, it was pure sweetness. Plus you're always stuck waiting for ever, there's a couple of them that make you wait for their conversation to be over before you get your drink made, on top of that they take no coupons or none of the promotions that Starbucks offers Including happy hour or buy 1 get 1 free , so if you want the drink you paid for to be made correctly, or if your in a hurry, or if you get off work early & want To take advantage of happy hour(50% off drinks), or you ever get enough points an they email you a free drink offer, go somewhere else, now If you Like to pay for things you don't receive, like experimental drinks, or even just need to catch up on latest drama, by all means visit...
