I give them zero stars. They do not update the information on your charts. Just copy prior notes and heard you through for the money. They do not care about the patient. The pain doctor could not even tell me why he had been treating me for years. Never once did he examine me. And does not follow up or return calls. I to was cut off for 1 false positive after being on my meds for over 7 years. They were rude. Don't brother to review current findings or enter info from your current diagnosed issues. My wife had been calling the nurse of her doctor for 3 weeks for her high blood pressure meds and never had refilled or contact her after numerous phone messages about getting her meds. I think there is too much incompetence, my wife could have had a stroke or aneurism with out these meds. To add to that my wife had made an appointment, and still waited 1 week to get in, so a total of 1 month without her blood pressure meds. When she was called back to see the doctor the day of her appointment she was taken back to a pain doctor that wasn't even her doctor! The pharmacy won’t call me back after a week of trying to get my important prescription filled. I’ve been a patient here for years and the service is very low quality but this incident is absolutely ridiculous as I’ve been calling for almost a week leaving voicemails with no response and no filling of my prescription. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone or has my prescription ready even when I do get through to make a phone call before showing up.
