So when my old phone wouldn't take a charge anymore. I decided to phone and carrier shopping to see if I could get a better deal then with my current plan and carrier. So their are 3 different cell phone carriers in about a block off each other in the town of Lakeport in Lake county Ca. One of them was already my current carrier, so I went to the next closest store and boy was that a disappointment. Not only did they not have any phones that where comparable to what I had, but the credit check and plans the had where way more expensive than I was looking to put out for at that time. The only thing they had going for them was the coverage area. Which is a problem where I live. So off I went to the third carrier. Now I'm not real picky put I really liked the size and easy use of my old phone. So at first I was not seeing anything that I liked. Then Brandon the nicest sales person I have ever met. He introduced himself and promptly asked all the right questions to get to the heart of my inability to find something comparable to my old phone. Although he knew right of the bat that they didn't carry anything like my old phone and he was kind enough to explain why ( it was to old!) He did understand the basics of what I was looking for in a new phone and went right to a phone that although it was different it had other functions that where easy to use. My new phone and plan are working out great all thanks to one really knowledgable and insightful sales rep named Brandon Freid. Read moreI recently went in to select her to get phone service in internet. I was told I had 10 days of return to the system. If it didn't work the system never worked. I never got phone service. Never got internet and then you try to charge me over a Over a $100 in fees, they tried to charge me with stalking fee for devices. I never was able to connect to dear Jeff jeff. The associate that told me the system never gave me any type of quality service. He only was there for the. When I had problems hooking it up, he passed the problem on to the other girls were in there and told them he didn't want to talk to us Amor Omar, the manager took days to respond to any questions that they sent him 2. He has no customer service fees service either. I would not recommend this company to anybody I had nothing but poor service except everywhere there for a girl named Heather. She was awe Some I was told I had 10 days to return to cancel the service and not told about any fees. Or Charges, then I was overcome by all the emails from their company.
