I had called about buying a graphics card so i could upgrade my pc so i could use my HTC Vive, and the "technician" had no clue what i was talking about, was very obnoxious and insisted that it was pronounced the HTC Viv-aye, and had told me that it doesn't matter what my specs are for the HTC Vive; all that mattered was my operating system.
