Very disappointing. I came here because I wanted to support a local business. I started the conversation with a clear explanation and that I was seeking tax advice. She seriously refused to do anything other than an ez tax return and I had to pay to get ripped off. For the past 5 years I have been coming here for my taxes and Jireh has helped me, she is so knowledgeable, understanding and willing to answer any question that you might have. I truly appreciate all the help and patience she has had with me the past couple of years. My parents recently moved here and I just took them to Servicios Hispanos Múltiples for their taxes and they had a great experience as well....

Mi primera y ultima experiencia con esta empresa que brinda "servicios", las 4 veces que fui, cometieron muchos errores no solo conmigo sino con mi familia tambien, me cobraron fees tras fees cuando uno ya paga un precio por el supuesto "servicio", tienen un pesimo trato, las chicas son muy despotas y creidas por el simple hecho de trabajar en oficina, creo que los clientes tienen la razón y aqui no vas a ver un servicio de calidad, no se ponen de acuerdo en que precio cobrarte una te pone 20 dolares mas a otro no, pesimo servicio para volver a ir, no lo recomiendo, me hicieron pagar una deuda que en realidad el estado tenia que reembolsarme a mi, no tienen un buen sistema, las chicas perdidas y no saben ni que solucion darte, lo unico que hacen es sacarte dinero y no importale mas el status del servicio que tomas con ellos, simplemente se lavan las manos contigo y les da igual como quedas tu, aun me siguen debiendo dinero por su error, espero que el gerente de esta empresa renueve todo ese personal, y se digne a darme alguna solucion.
