Wing Zone — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered a large company meal (5 orders total) through Eatstreet. Eatstreet contacted me stating Wing Zone was confused about the comments on the order (we requested all flats for 2 of the orders due to not seeing a button on the website). Eatstreet apologized for the inconvenience due to the website showing the order was out for delivery already when in fact it was sitting in the kitchen half prepared (stated per store owner Mark). Eatstreet informed me that they worked it out with Wing Zone and my food was being prepared but I would need to contact them for the ETA due to them having their own delivery driver. I called Wing Zone and spoke with the Manger Doris. She asked me "What did I need" and I explained that I had the large order and just needed an ETA on the food in order to let the other people who ordered know. She began to yell at me that I didn't not order correctly and needed to pay extra for the all flats. I told her that's fine, its not a problem but how long for the food? She continue to YELL at me that the order was confusing for them and she didn't have time to read through all of those and comments I left and I need to "get my order straight". I advised Doris that she needs to calm down because it wasn't that big of a deal and nothing to get worked up about. I wasn't mad or upset, I just need the ETA out of consideration for the other who ordered and I don't appreciate being yelled at as a paying customer! Doris stated she didn't care what I appreciated or not because she was mad the comments were so confusing. Then, she stated she "didn't have time to deal with this mess" and slammed the phone down on the counter, after which a polite employee advised me that it would be 10 minutes for the rest of the food to be cooked and 20 minutes for delivery. I thanked the young lady for her kindness and patience, then requested to speak to the store manager. While I was talking to the young lady, Doris was in the background screaming "don't give her ANY names" and to "just hang up". The young lady handed the phone to the store owner Mark (which I also found out form the employee is Doris' boyfriend, which explains the rude behavior) and nonchalantly stated "the order was a hard one" and the food would be on the way. No apology, no compensation, nothing. I am utterly disgusted by the way this franchise has run its business and will not be returning. I am embarrassed to have enough suggested this to anyone at all because the food is decent. However, I have been in customer service for 10+ years and have high expectations regarding this area. The food is delicious which is why I give it 2 stars and would order multiple times a week from this restaurant but the customer service is trash. Because of this, my coworkers and I will not be ordering from this place anymore. Only because we enjoy the food would we keep attempting to order from here but we've had enough. You request a 12:45pm delivery and they don't leave the store until 1PM. For weeks on weeks this would happen. The last straw was yesterday not receiving my food until 1:45PM and I placed my order online at 11AM. The driver came to my office building at some time way after my delivery time request, and left $60 worth of food on a lobby bench and no call/text/voicemail of it being there. Anyone could've touched or moved our food. That was not the first time our food is just left in the lobby for us to go find it. We spoke to a manager and were told its not their fault, that the driver handed the food to "someone they've seen pick up for me before". This was not true because why would you give food to someone who is not the customer and that person leave it at a lobby bench as it has been done in the past by a driver. Frustrating to say the least but the several of us who would order weekly no longer will due to super late deliveries and how they managed...

Wing Zone is really the best for me! They went above and beyond for us! Their food was perfectly prepared and very delicious. All of their offers are worth a try. They have so delicious menu, everything that you will see at their menu is fresh, made to perfection, and really worth the price. Their place is very convenient. You can order just by visiting their place and also just by ordering online. Very nice place to spend some quality time and relax. The whole place is really nice, clean, bright, and decent. You will absolutely feel good and comfortable inside the place. They are well-maintained, the whole place is organized, and very interesting. They have awesome style and designs. Place really looks neat. This place is very accessible, they are so near to different areas and popular places in the whole city, and you can really visit this in just a few minutes from your place. If you are near you must really try this place and you will not regret it. They are so great, cheaper than others, and they have so many great offers. Their customer service is also a top-notch.
